UUsuario invitadoCuando llegamos al hotel (en el momento), no estaba listo. Se nos dijo que esperaba en el techo. Esto fue bueno porque había un bar allí. Pero cuando llegamos allí no estaba abierto. Así que basicamente no teníamos nada que hacer mientras esperaba nuestra habitación. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no había ningún tipo de servicio.
Cuando era hora de dormir la luz no salía. Tuvimos que dormir con la luz toda la noche. Pero aparte de que era genial!! LOL

LLauraI took my daughter on a mother daughter trip. We stayed only 1 night. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful! They allowed us to check in early the day we arrived and even allowed a late checkout the following day! They were so helpful getting the free bike rental, even brought a toothbrush to my room when I realized I had forgotten mine. Amazing staff.
This hotel was cute, very close to the beach and not to far to get to shops. We didn't have a carso we walked or rode bikes everywhere. It's an older hotel, the floors have not been updat, but the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Una vez que tienes que estacionar en el primer piso, tienes que tomar el banco después de la entrada y ir al piso del parque 2-3.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel de la ciudad de Lauderdale se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad de Lauderdale, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Aparte de eso, todo lo demás estaba muy bien, muy bueno desayuno, habitaciones limpias, muchas instalaciones, buena ubicación.
La única cosa que fue una lástima es que la piscina está en mantenimiento (por unos meses más), pero nos dio un pase gratuito para utilizar las instalaciones de un gimnasio en la calle.
¡Nos gustaría recomendar este hotel a otros!

VVitor RuiIf you are looking to stay at one of the best places in Ft. Lauderdale- look no further. This Hilton lives up to its name between the cleanliness of the rooms, halls, pool, lobby and spa. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always smiling. We were greeted and welcomed back every time we came and went wether it was by car or on foot. They did have some elevator issues during our time there, but were fixed rather promptly and did not put a damper on our stay. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Across the street is the beach and if you make a right down N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and walk about 15-20 mins you will hit some of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. Live music every night and more outdoor dining then I’ve ever seen, it just makes you feel so alive! We recommend Spazio, it’s a bit further down the ***** but we went back twice it was so good. There’s a CVS not too far from the hotel on that same ***** that has any essentials you may have forgotten or if you’d just like some snacks/alcohol. My husband and I got a couples massage in the Hilton’s Spa, it was fantastic! We ate breakfast at Ilios (inside the hotel on floor 6 by the pool) the food was to die for. They have outdoor, indoor and at the bar dining. A few side notes, parking is expensive ($20ish a day) and I believe it’s valet only. The resort fee includes two bottles of water a day, two free hours for their bikes, yoga in the morning and you get beach chairs and towels. Umbrellas are an extra charge of $25 which is very expensive to me unless you really would like to be on the beach for hours. We only found ourselves using the beach chair services so the resort fees were a bit of a waste of money to us, but for how immaculate this Hilton is, it didn’t bother me. Last thing, I wanted something with a balcony so I booked the Ocean view. I was very happy with that but it was only a partial view so if you’d like a full blown view I think you need to book an ocean front. Overall, extremely happy with everything and I promise you Hilton & Fort Lauderdale, we will come back and see you soon!

Mateo, Danielle & Karyl are all part of my pleasant stay. They are warmth, caring and friendly. Their Five Stars Services from the Heart could at any day, anytime, stand toe to toe with any 5 Stars Hoteliers!

El servicio estaba bien, el equipo siempre parecía estar tratando de ofrecer el mejor servicio posible, sólo la excepción estaba en el Café Breeze durante el día en que la dama realmente parecía no estar interesada en estar en el trabajo.
La zona de piscina maravillosa, que fue sorprendentemente ocupada y buena atmósfera, viendo la Copa del Mundo de la FIFA en televisión en el bar.
La habitación estaba bien, buenas instalaciones. Sólo la crítica era la puerta cerrada a la balcón no funcionaba y el primer día había un olor horrible - como un animal muerto o un techo húmedo? . Dejé la puerta de balcón abierta mientras en la habitación para aerlo, que parecía resolverla.

DDutchiesDuring our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.
After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean.
In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile.
This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.
