My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Recomiendo el motel, es fácil llegar y hay algunos restaurantes alrededor, pero siempre te saludan con sonrisas y se dirigen a ti con respeto. Un joven llamado Dev es tan dulce que realmente sabe cómo tratar a los huéspedes, el chico de Matience es muy agradable, este otro chico alto no puede recordar su nombre, pero me había equivocado en la aplicación al hacer la reserva y se tomó el tiempo para ayudarnos a arreglar la reserva y conseguirnos una habitación. Nos vamos de Texas porque no hemos tenido más que mala suerte aquí, pero si vienes a visitar Fort Worth, este es el lugar para alojarse. Si quieres entretenerte y te gusta disparar armas, ve a Shoot Smart en Lancaster en la autopista 820, otro lugar increíble, todo está orientado a la familia, pero gracias a todos los empleados, el gerente, la paciencia y las amas de llaves, gracias a todos por su increíble hospitalidad, mucho cariño de Kimberly y mi esposo, sigan con el gran trabajo que hacen.

The ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year.
