This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

Harika bir rakı, meze, balik deneyimi olacaktir. Otel, odalarin ve ortak alanlarin temizligi konusunda da bizi oldukca memnun etti. Barlarda alacaginiz Kokteyllerde alkol konuluyor mu az mi gibi dusunceleriniz olmuyor hatta fazla bile konulabiliyor. biz bir kac kere alkolu biraz daha az koymalarini rica ettik :) Genel olarak, temizlik, servis ve imkanlariyla 5 yildizi sonuna kadar hak eden bir Otel. Kesinlikle tekrar gelirim.

Отличный отель, чисто , все добротно сделано, кондиционирование дайкин, не шумит, не дует в голову. Номера уютные, но для троих нам показалось что маловато, переставили раскладушку для ребёнка. Кухня хорошая , но основное блюдо это омлет или яичница, немного добавляют разнообразия каждый день какими-то вкусняшками. В общем отличное сочетание цены и качества. Парковка была , надо забивать место.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar. In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Очень красивый свежий бутик отель прямо в центре старого города. Есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номера просторные оформлены в модном экостиле. Единственный нюанс - невозможно подъехать на арендованной машине к отелю, так как на Территории старого города могут передвигаться только такси. Мы припарковались на парковке и доехали до отеля (около 1 км) на карте за 90 TL с человека.

Amazing All Inclusive Resort, cuidó de nosotros muy bien. Tengo que decir uno de los mejores resortes en visitado. Tanto bebidas y desiertos todo el día. Amazing sea face y playa limpia. Slides Diversas piscinas y Haga hamam turco libre de usar. El hotel de Fulya está bien, pero es mejor que todo esté bien.

Добрый день! Заселение через trip.com прошло как всегда без всяких проблем. Отель не для длительного проживания, на 1-3 дня, больше просто в Сиде делать нечего. В целом чисто, уборка каждый день, без смены полотенец. Завтрак однообразный. Рядом есть хорошее кафе и магазин. Желаю дальнейшего развития отелю 🙏🏽

Este complejo es enorme y lo mantienen impecable. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, con varias piscinas y una hermosa playa privada. El ambiente general es encantador y disfrutamos especialmente del parque acuático; fue uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia. El bufé ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones y la calidad de la comida era siempre buena. Dicho esto, le doy a este complejo cuatro estrellas por varias razones clave. En primer lugar, la comunicación fue un gran problema. La mayoría del personal no habla ni entiende inglés, lo que dificultaba incluso las peticiones más sencillas. Tuvimos que recurrir al equipo de Atención al Cliente para cualquier ayuda, ya que eran los únicos que podían atendernos en inglés. Otro problema que afectó significativamente a nuestra comodidad fue la climatización. Lo visitamos en mayo, cuando la temperatura rondaba los 20 °C, y hacía un calor inusual en el interior. Curiosamente, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba; tenían la calefacción encendida. Nos resultó muy incómodo y nos dificultó descansar o dormir en nuestra habitación. Además, la calidad de las toallas podría mejorarse, y el colchón era extremadamente firme, lo que afectó nuestra capacidad para dormir bien. Resulta sorprendente que un resort de esta categoría no ofrezca salida tardía, incluso cuando hay habitaciones disponibles; nos pareció una política innecesariamente rígida. Si la gerencia aborda estas preocupaciones, especialmente la accesibilidad lingüística, la climatización y la comodidad general de los huéspedes, este lugar podría convertirse fácilmente en un destino de cinco estrellas. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, en general disfrutamos de nuestra estancia.

Un hotel estupendo, una joya escondida. Solo me alojé una noche porque estuve en un hotel cercano durante dos semanas. Tenía una habitación fantástica con un balcón doble. La comida estaba a la altura de otros hoteles en Túnez. La zona de la piscina era bastante pequeña pero agradable. Las bebidas eran muy buenas, con una gran variedad de cócteles. Además, no había rusos, lo cual fue una ventaja. Se puede ir a la playa en autobús. La playa fue decepcionante.
