I stay at the new building. The room is 3.5 meters high. The room is quite cosy and quiet as requested the bathroom with bathtub and shower separate but in the same area it is easy to make the floor wet. The bathroom floor surface is quite slippery. The aircon needs to check the filter clean as the warning on the pad control shown. I set the room temperature at 18 but lastly up to 22 make me quite a little bit hot at night. Lastly I booked a Luxury double room with 2 persons, the room just prepared 2 pillows. Normally the double bed often arranges 4 pillows with different soft and hard comfort. i need 2 paid 100 baht for others 2 pillows. The morning buffet was not so much choice.Totally score us 8/10

Este alojamiento recién inaugurado es precioso y ofrece una auténtica vista rural de árboles, hierba y arrozales. Es espacioso, limpio e incluye café, aperitivos y agua embotellada gratuitos; una excelente relación calidad-precio. Pensaba quedarme solo una noche, pero me impresionó tanto que reservé una segunda. El personal incluso me proporcionó Tylenol (un medicamento tradicional chino) para el dolor de cabeza y me permitió hacer el check-out más tarde. Este lugar es perfecto para parejas o para quienes buscan una escapada relajante y revitalizante. Sin duda volveré. P.D.: Los huéspedes deben disponer de su propio transporte y traer su propia comida o comer fuera, ya que no hay tiendas cerca. Hay tiendas en la comunidad no muy lejos, pero probablemente demasiado lejos para ir andando.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Holatel in Phitsanulok and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel is newly built, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and tastefully designed. The décor feels contemporary yet cozy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The bed and pillows are of high quality, and the in-room amenities are well provided ideal for both leisure and business stays. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the city right next to Wat Nang Phaya. It is also within walking distance of Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan (commonly known as Wat Yai), one of the most important and iconic temples in Phitsanulok. The surrounding area offers easy access to local attractions and plenty of dining options. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for its new facilities, comfort, and prime location. I highly recommend Holatel to anyone visiting Phitsanulok.

The staff is attentive but not intrusive, anticipating needs- remembering a coffee preference or offering perfect local advice. Little touches feel personal, like a note or a thoughtful amenity. You leave feeling genuinely cared for, not just as a customer, but as a guest. It's the feeling of ease and personalized attention that makes it memorable. And each, it’s very close to the airport and bus station.

El hotel es muy agradable. El hotel es muy agradable y útil. Había que hacer un poco de reprogramación para quedarme un poco a phitsanulok pero incluso después de la salida de check-out, me mantuvieron mi equipaje hasta las 8:00. Y el entorno es muy único. Si viajaba a Phitsanulok, me quedaría de nuevo.

La habitación es amplia y con una TV LED grande. La vista desde el balcón es buena para ver un parque. No hay caja de seguridad ni caldera eléctrica para hacer café. La cama es buena y firme. He dormido bien. El desayuno es ABF. Se dan huevos fritos, mini salsa de cerdo, 2 cortes de hambre, 2 tostadas blancas y un arroz cocinado con cerdo.

เจ้าหน้าที่สุภาพ ดูแลดีครับ ห้องสะอาดสะอ้าน กว้างพอดีๆ ไม่อึดอัด จองไปเป็นห้องนอนคนเดียว ไม่มีตู้เย็นนะครับ น้ำขวดเดียว ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเดียว เพียงพอครับ มีหมอนข้างให้ด้วย ชอบมากๆ ทำเลดีมากครับ ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ตลาดเย็นรถไฟของกินเยอะแยะเลย ค่อนข้างเงียบด้วย ราคาไม่แพงเลย วันหลังไปพิษณุโลก จะไปพักอีกนะครับ

“El hotel es hermoso y la habitación es limpia. Hay un bar en el primer piso y también un café. El sistema de seguridad es excelente necesitas escanear tu tarjeta clave para entrar al edificio y volver a acceder a tu habitación. La cama es super suave, y la habitación es bastante agradable. El espacio de estacionamiento es un poco estrecho. No hay desayuno disponible, pero el precio es muy asequible Lo reservaba por sólo 400 a 500 baht. Venir solo no fue un problema en términos de costo. ¡Lo recomiendo!
