Para mí CINCO ESTARAS ! Estate aquí por tercera vez. Muy bueno hotel. Personal de escritorio útil. Un lugar tranquilo y grande un placer de permanecer. Muy limpio. Todo en la habitación está en excelente condición. Desayuno muy bueno comida sabrosa. Esperando mi próxima estancia.

Hotel limpio, buena ubicación, delicioso desayuno. Pero el único desperdicio, la habitación no mantiene sonido. Además de la habitación, di algo, escucha todo. Pero no sobre el personal de servicio Amigable 10/10 Alimento 10/10 Instalaciones 10/10 (Recomendar las nudos en el desayuno, muy delicioso) servicio de 5 estrellas especialmente el equipo de cocina

Love the location, restaurant and 7/11 at door step. We took a romantic walk by the riverside and found a nice small shops area with delicious ice cream. There’s fresh fruits stall, food trucks and restaurants as well. The staffs here are lovely and accommodating and the room is clean and comfortable.

The service was very good and we had a clean and comfortable room with a great view of the Mekong river.  The A/C worked well and the room was very quiet.  The only issues we had were with the parking and the breakfast.  The hotel was booked full, so if you arrived back at the hotel later in the evening, you may not have any parking spots available.  The breakfast was on time each morning, but the selection of food was very limited and the quality was quite mediocre.  On several occasions, we stopped eating breakfast at the hotel and chose to pay extra to eat at a restaurant in town.  So in that regard, it was not a good deal for the money.

La casa y el jardín son hermosos, muy calientes. Buen servicio, amigable como la familia. Hay una oportunidad de descansar de nuevo.

No-frills family hotel located about 10 minutes walk from Nakhon Phanom's famous Naga monument. The rooms are basic but are fairly large and not uncomfortable. Both the free WiFi and air conditioning worked well, as did our shower which produced plenty of hot water on a chilly December morning. The private car park is a welcome find. Suggested improvements are the ”covers” on the bed which consist of a thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets. Maybe the hotel owner might consider investing in lightweight synthetic duvets (quilts) which could save a lot of laundry, drying and ironing time.. Although the hotel has a large dining area, we were told that no meals are served although we were welcome to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee. When we stayed, the hotel was nearly full and we felt that the owner was giving away a lot of food business to local restaurants and other eating places. Would we stay again at the SP Residence? Yes we would. The hotel does provide excellent value for money.

Muy bueno alojamiento, no caro, en el centro de la ciudad, muy limpio, no conveniente para venir.

Acerca de la ubicación, desayuno, limpieza y personal, no tengo nada que quejarme. Si bien el sistema aquí es confuso y extraño. Los huéspedes deben actualizar sus tarjetas de teclado cada día y el guardián no limpia su habitación regularmente como otros hoteles 🏨. Si desea tener sus habitaciones reconstituidas, tiene que informar al receptor.

น้ำร้อนไม่ค่อยคงที่ ร้อนไปเลยกับเย็นไปเลย น้ำค่อนข้างเบา ฝาท่อระบายน้ำที่พื้นห้องน้ำทั้ง2ฝา มีพลาสติกคลุมไว้ คือทำให้น้ำที่พื้นล้นไปถึงหน้าประตู ไม่แน่ใจว่าให้ลูกค้าดึงออกเองหรืออย่างไร แต่ก็ใช้วิธีเผยอฝาท่อออกให้น้ำไหลได้ 😐 เรื่องเสียง ไม่เก็บเสียงใดๆ ข้างห้องฮัดเช้ยได้ยินชัดมาก 😅 ส่วนแขกที่จัดงานที่ห้องจัดเลี้ยงชั้นล่าง ได้ยินเสียงมาถึงชั้น7 แม้เบาๆแต่ก็ได้ยิน ถ้าออกมายืนคุยที่ลานหน้าห้องจัดเลี้ยงคือได้ยินชัดเลย 😂😂

excellent location, near the Mekong river with good view both in the morning and late afternoon, with car parks, basic room with reasonable size with river view, quiet despite next to the main road, both lady staff are friendly but speak no English, free coffee and toaste in the morning, i will recommend if you need a clean, basic room with parking in a budget price.. no doubt i will stay again
