Had a great stay at Casa 33 Hotel Hatyai. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our experience here and definitely will come again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Hat Yai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this hotel so much. the design are modern with great facilities. love the design of the pool and very suitable for family holiday as they have kids lounge too. Great service from the front desk staff as well. staff are very helpful to made a last minute booking for my visit to Koh Lipe Island via Pak Bara Pier. For the room, love the hotel bathtub and all all the amenities. Will definitely will choose this hotel again for my next visit in Hatyai. Breakfast are standard but hope they are egg station available and open to public.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Hotel New Season Square Situado a sólo 5-minute a pie de Lee Garden Plaza, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La habitación era muy confortable y muy confortable. Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

Buen precio con un buen diseño de hotel. Limpio, buen servicio. Depósito de solo 1000 batt, se reembolsará al realizar el check out. La comida de Hatyai es deliciosa

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

Aloha Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything. It's just a short walk to Lee Garden Night Market and Kim Yong Market, and the largest 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Getting a Grab is also very easy. The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel entrance, so it may not be very elderly-friendly or suitable for guests with heavy luggage. Other than that, it offers great value for the price paid.
