A new hotel located just a short distance from downtown Tak — easy to get to and very convenient. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The room is well-equipped with a work desk, refrigerator, and TV. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable — we even ended up buying two to take home! There’s also a balcony that’s perfect for drying clothes. The swimming pool is spacious, with a separate kids’ pool. The shower and changing area are large, clean, and towels are provided. Breakfast is excellent — they offer local dishes, Western-style options, and Thai favorites. There are fried eggs, sausages, fried rice, porridge, sticky rice with fried pork, soy milk, tea, coffee, and even traditional Thai desserts like tako, khao niew sangkaya, and khao niew na goong. Everything was delicious!

I am being from the same hospitality industry, I feel it is important to share honest feedback. Good infrastructure, white floral ambience, or attractive interiors alone do not make a hotel elegant or deserving of a No.1 ranking. Real hospitality is about service, warmth, and guest experience. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The hotel appears to run with only two staff members handling everything from check-in to breakfast service, which clearly impacts service quality. Breakfast was a fixed menu, yet charged at 500 THB, which did not feel justified considering there were limited options and no flexibility. The biggest concern was the room change experience. I checked out of my first room exactly at 12 PM as instructed, but then had to wait at reception for more than one hour for the upgraded room, even though that room’s previous guest had also checked out at 12 PM. It is hard to understand why it took so long to prepare the room. The reception attitude, especially from one female staff member, was not welcoming. Even during breakfast, when we simply requested juice, the reaction and facial expression were unpleasant and uncomfortable. Hospitality should never feel like a burden to guests. On a positive note, the male receptionist I met the previous night was humble, polite, and professional. He was the only bright point in the service experience. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless there is serious improvement in customer service, staffing, and guest handling.

The room was not as good as expected. • The air conditioner was noisy, which made it difficult to sleep well. • Light came into the room from outside and through the curtains, making it hard to sleep comfortably. • The breakfast was disappointing and not worth the price. The steamed rice was very dry and hard, not soft as it should have been.

A cozy old-style hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was simple but comfortable and clean — good value for money overall. The location is perfect, close to the riverfront, the cathedral, and restaurants. The only small downside is that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but there are plenty of cafés nearby. Would definitely stay here again for a short visit.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable en el río. El hotel está muy bien, pero hay unas pocas cosas que debemos saber. Parece que el agua caliente ya no funciona tarde a la noche, o al menos la mía no lo hizo. También hay dos perros muy agresivos que guardan la calle, que es la única manera de caminar al hotel. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien, pero en la noche estaba casi seguro de que me mordieron (y digo que como alguien muy cómodo alrededor de los perros), y acabo de llamar un taxi para el 800m de viaje al hotel para evitar los perros. No se trata de romper, y la puntuación sigue siendo alta porque es tan bueno, pero estas cosas vale la pena mencionar.

Situado cerca del centro de la ciudad de Chantaburi. Hotel boutique de mod-ish en estilo hereditario. Una característica de estacionamiento son las habitaciones de piso con acceso directo a la piscina. El único retraso es que hay un poco de ruido de la carretera principal cercana.

Really amazing hotel, the hotel is very simple with 8 rooms on each floor, 24 rooms in total. The hotel is quite far from main road or the turning in road. Cleanliness 5/5 very very clean Service 5/5 this is highly depends on individual and language barrier , but the receptionist is more than helpful at all times Facilities 5/5 acceptable and adequate facilities for a 3 star, with cold aircond, hot showers and a simple balcony. + Some free titbits in the morning Parking 5/5 plenty of parking is available but it does get crowded in late night

However, the scent of the soap and shampoo is quite unique. They have a banana fragrance, which may not be everyone’s preference. Personally, I did not enjoy the scent very much because it was stronger than what I usually like. That said, I understand that this fragrance seems to be a signature scent of the hotel, and it may be part of their identity or branding. Some guests might actually find it interesting or memorable. Even though the banana scent was not my personal favorite, it did not significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel. Everything else about the stay was comfortable and convenient. The room was pleasant, the environment was relaxing, and the service from the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable stay with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. While it would be even better if there were refrigerators in the rooms, the lobby storage service helps make up for it. The banana-scented toiletries may not appeal to everyone, but they do give the hotel a distinctive character. For travelers who value comfort and convenience, this hotel is still a good option for a relaxing stay.
