Hoteles cerca de Playa de Jomtien, Pattaya

¡Excelente hotel!

Location and property is very amazing, staff being polite and also humble, i definetly loved my stay over here and wanna come back again. Only i had asked hotel manager to reply me, with something which i was looking for. I mailed twice through trip.com but no one replied. Only i think they should take care once guest are gone and looking for them. I am looking for something very important. Its request please reply or get in touch i have already shared my contact details. Its an request.

The service staff were great, especially the breakfast staff, always friendly and helpful. Just one negative I accidentally knocked a glass in the middle of the night and it broke which I cleaned up. I advised the cleaner so she would be careful not to cut herself getting rid of the plastic rubbish bag. They then returned with a male employee to charge me for the glass 150 baht. I declined to pay due to spending approx 19 nights at the hotel in the last 12 months spending over $2000. Also had a mate with me first time 10 nights spending over $1000 on accommodation. They tried to charge me again when I booked out and i explained I was not going to pay due to the income I had paid them over the last 12 months. Not sure what the outcome was I had to catch my ride to the airport. As you can understand it is not the money but the principle. If this hadn’t occurred Service would be marked as a 5.
