Small hotel in a convenient location with restaurants nearby and a nice café inside. Parking is limited. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was not very soundproof, so we could hear emergency vehicles from the nearby hospital at night. The pool is small, better for kids, and not very clean. Overall, good value for the price.

Had a wonderful stay at Richmann Resort Hotel in Hat Yai. The environment is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was well maintained and a great place to unwind. The hotel also provides free parking, which is very convenient, and having an EV charging station is a huge bonus for electric vehicle owners. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with excellent facilities. I would definitely recommend it and will be back again!

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno y con una ubicación perfecta. Está a poca distancia a pie del Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market y 7-Eleven. También me encantó que había tiendas de masaje y lavadoras de pelo justo enfrente del hotel. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay duda de que el hotel está bien.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

The service is good, staff friendly and helpful always. There’s only 1lift and can fit 8of us with shopping. The room is good; bed sturdy and comfy. Big tv and has Netflix! However there’s no safe box, no kettle and no bedroom slippers. So you’ll need a flask to get from water dispenser (Hot& ccld) downstairs. Bathroom is clean and soap is plant base with a nice fragrance. Sad thing is that there’s no shower curtain nor partition so toilet always get wet. Location is good, slightly away from crowded area which makes us getting on and off ride easy. We had a very good tuk tuk service, Rit, reliable. He took 8 of us to places, wait about 5-10min only. There’s limited food places 5-10min away, a good perfume boutique and snack food places nearby. Mornings, coffee and really yummy pineapple biscuits are offered at coffee area at level 1. The space is average size and comfortable. It’s always clean!

Tuve una buena estancia aquí viajando sola: me sentí segura y cómoda. Tengo un comentario que el propietario debería considerar: instalen cancelación de ruido. Esto se debe a que me costó dormir temprano cuando los demás viajeros no cooperaron para guardar silencio.

El hotel está muy bien a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. La habitación es amplia y tiene una pequeña terracita.

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

El hotel es agradable, pero bastante tranquilo, aunque no caro.En general, El hotel está situado en una zona bastante escrúpula a unos 5 minutos a pie de los restaurantes y bares, pero se siente muy seguro.
