Every time I come to Hat Yai, my only job is to book the hotel and Casa 33 is always our first choice. The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. Hotel New Season Square Situado a sólo 5-minute a pie de Lee Garden Plaza, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La habitación era muy confortable y muy confortable. El personal fue útil y nos ha mejorado a una habitación más grande con baño, lo que nos hizo mucho más agradable. La habitación de cama única de dos personas, y el precio es aproximadamente RM250 por noche. En general, fue una estancia muy buena con un buen valor para el dinero. El único descenso fue que el sonido no era muy bueno, así que podía oír un poco de ruido fuera de la habitación.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. La higiene del hotel está bien mantenida. Nos encanta el ambiente. Si necesitas comprar, hay una mini tienda Big C justo delante del hotel. Entrada para el hotel está detrás de Big C. No hay ascensor, así que el personal nos ayudó a llevar nuestra equipaje. Check-in a la tarde a las 9:00 y el personal en el servicio al receptor que la noche no era tan amable. El personal que nos reunimos antes de la mañana y durante el check-out fue agradable y caliente. La televisión no era una televisión inteligente, por lo que sólo hay 3 canales de noticias disponibles.
