Me alojé en el resort el 7 de junio, día de mi cumpleaños, y quedé realmente impresionada por cada aspecto de mi experiencia. Desde el momento en que llegué, me recibieron con sonrisas sinceras y una hospitalidad excepcional. El guardia de seguridad me ayudó amablemente con información sobre una farmacia, lo cual agradecí enormemente. Durante el registro, la encantadora señora de pelo largo me dio una cálida bienvenida, mientras que el personal del vestíbulo me proporcionó información clara y completa sobre el resort. Un agradecimiento especial a Prem, quien me explicó todo tan bien y se aseguró de que me sintiera cómoda durante toda mi estancia. También quiero destacar al botones (un caballero cuyo nombre lamentablemente no recuerdo), quien siempre estuvo sonriente, amable e increíblemente educado. La comida fue excelente, y el personal del restaurante fue maravilloso al recomendarme platos del menú. La cena se hizo aún más memorable gracias al impresionante espectáculo de fuego por la noche. Ambas piscinas eran absolutamente preciosas y contribuían al ambiente relajante del resort. Quedé realmente impresionada por todo y mi único arrepentimiento es haber reservado solo una noche. ¡Ojalá me hubiera podido quedar más tiempo! Sin duda, volveré en el futuro y espero disfrutar de su maravillosa hospitalidad nuevamente. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que mi estancia fuera tan memorable.

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse para mochileros, con su pareja o su cónyuge, nos brindan un buen servicio, el desayuno completamente bueno, todos los servicios dentro de la habitación funcionan bien, la playa está muy cerca, justo frente al resort, el buen momento. Para relajarme es la puesta de sol, puede que algún día vuelva allí.

Este hotel tiene diferentes tipos de habitaciones, como villa y vista al mar. Personalmente, creo que la villa tiene el mejor ambiente interior y el servicio es tan bueno como siempre. El hotel no es especialmente grande, pero está lleno de extranjeros. Y el hotel está muy cerca del puerto de Similan, puedes elegir transfer. Personalmente creo que la parte de ordenar la habitación debería ser más detallada.

Our stay at the Marriott Resort was truly enjoyable. Spending five days there felt like pure relaxation from start to finish. The staff were consistently very kind, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel welcome at all times. We particularly enjoyed the gym facilities. The only small thing we missed was a dedicated room for yoga or a bit more open space within the gym for personal workouts. However, this was not a major issue, as the gym was not overly busy and it was easy to improvise when needed. Overall, everything else was excellent and met our expectations fully. The atmosphere, service, and comfort made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to this resort and gladly recommend it to others.

Nestled along a pristine stretch of beach, the resort blends traditional Thai charm with modern luxury in the most seamless way. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with local accents, and opened directly onto the lagoon pool—yes, the 2.5 km-long pool that winds through the entire resort like a lazy river. Waking up and diving straight into the water was a dream. The staff were exceptional—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant teams, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Dining was a highlight. From the beachfront seafood BBQ at The Waterfront to the authentic Thai flavors at Ta-Krai, every meal was a delight. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and ambiance made it worthwhile. We also loved the little touches: the JW Garden where herbs are grown for the kitchen, the serene Quan Spa, and the family-friendly amenities like the kids’ pool and activities. Evenings were magical, with golden sunsets and live music by the beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with world-class service and a touch of Thai soul, JW Marriott Khao Lak is a top-tier choice. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return.

Bonito hotel, bastante alejado de muchas cosas, pero el hotel incluye casi todo. 3 piscinas, muchos restaurantes, spa, sala de actividades. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y limpias. El personal es amable y te informa. ¡El desayuno fue fantástico! Disfruté mucho de mi estadía aquí.

The location is very closely to the beach side ok. It is recommended for all travelers. The staff is nice and friendly, also having the service mind.

It has everything: direct beach access, a picturesque stream, and even a lake. The rooms are very clean, modern, and truly meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Daily housekeeping ensures impeccable cleanliness. The charming bridges connecting different parts of the property add a special touch. Walking across them feels like being in untouched jungles. The beach is well-equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, and there’s a cozy beachside café nearby where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the sea view. The resort’s territory is full of life: you’ll see many butterflies and even friendly monitor lizards wandering around, adding to the tropical paradise vibe. Cons: Breakfasts could be more varied, especially in terms of fresh pastries. Good to know: The nearest 7/11 or town café is about a 15-minute walk away (there’s a sidewalk). If you prefer not to walk, a taxi costs 100 baht. The closest self-service laundry is a 15-minute drive away (400 baht). Overall, Khaolak Wanaburee Resort is a perfect choice for those looking to relax in harmony with nature while enjoying comfort and quality service. Highly recommended!
