Hoteles cerca de Muelle Bandon, Surat Thani

This really is a 10/10 place. My husband and my favourite place we’ve stayed, this trip to Thailand. We’ve already decided we want to come back, with friends, next time. We wanted a place to cut our drive to Bangkok and had no idea Sarat Thani and the surrounding area had so much to offer. Mr. Pongsak, the owner, could not be more lovely. He is so thoughtful and invested in making sure everyone who stays has the best experience and shares his knowledge of the area and all the things there are to do and see. We drove a rented car, and found it sooooo peaceful and relaxing to be there. And so close to get to town, markets and lots of yummy foods. We cannot wait to share this gem with friends and try the other cabins. The pond with all its fish is a gorgeous water feature too. They opened in 2025 and are building a third cabin. They are modern and still so charming and relaxing. Cannot wait til we can return on our next trip. My only concern is that it is such a great spot and is going to be so popular, we will need to book well in advance next time! Thank you for everything. See you next time, Mr. Pongsak and family.

Muy bien, dormí bien, había muchos enchufes, las luces de la habitación eran hermosas, me desperté por la mañana con una buena vista, era tranquilo y no estaba lejos del restaurante. Varios lugares de check-in Salir con gente es muy fácil. Siempre hay personal disponible. Ama de casa linda Es una pena que si haces el check out tarde en la mañana, escuches un poco las voces de los huéspedes y del personal de limpieza.

Cerca del centro, muy cerca de 7-11, muy conveniente. Reservamos una habitación familiar con 2 camas, una cama grande en la habitación con aire acondicionado. Y hay otra cama fuera de la sala de ventiladores. No creo que esté bien venir y quedarse en el verano. El aire acondicionado debe estar encendido todo el día para poder permanecer afuera. Reservar una habitación con cama doble parece tener una mejor relación calidad-precio.

Positive : Good location, clean room and size of the room is quite comfortable for family even though you booked standard room. Negative: 1. I booked the room for 2 night but the keycard set for 1 night when I asked staff said its for safety reason. This is the first time I my life to hear this such a thing. They said even guest stay for 10 nights they have to extend key card everyday. 2. Staff at front desk didn't provide any information even for breakfast ticket they gave me just for 1 day. I cant be bothered to ask amd just wanted to leave this hotel. 3. There is no service mind at all for all apart from the Bellman who have outstanding service, this is similar comment I found from previous guest too. 4. I got a call twice after my first night stay , they told me the check out time today in 10 mins then I asked them to check they said sorry in theor system their colleagues mentioned for 1 night only. 20 mins later they called me on my mobile phone and said I have to check out in 15 mins. They make it worst !!! 5. Lastly the simple amenity such as hair dryer they charge 50 bath. Available at reception. 6. This hotel doesn't provide lunch or dinner service even though there is menu in the room. You cannot order. Lastly, I will never come back again.

1. El hotel está prácticamente en medio de la nada, pero si quieres coger el tren o el avión, el hotel está bastante cerca. 2. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte. 3. La habitación está limpia, pero tengo que decir que si tienes el sueño ligero, quizá debas considerarlo seriamente porque es MUY MUY RUIDOSO todo el tiempo. El hotel está en la intersección, así que puedes oír los coches y las motos que pasan. Sinceramente, no dormí bien durante mi estancia, además, la insonorización de la habitación también es terrible, puedes oír a tus vecinos hablando :)

La habitación estaba bien y bien limpiada, la cama era un poco acomodada a 😂. El personal era muy amable y el desayuno era más que OK. Las piscinas donde grandes. Muy mal que alrededor de la piscina no estaba bien limpiada y algunas áreas donde se descuidó. La ubicación del hotel era un poco lejos de toda la acción, pero para una estancia 2/3 es bueno.

Excelente, he llegado por la noche, he pedido la comida que no tardo mucho en llegar, he bajado.por ella estaba buena, el hotel ws tranquilo,limpio y el personal muy amable.

Hotel bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, con ascensor. Habitación grande. Cama de matrimonio de 130-140cm, un poco pequeña para 2. Un poco viejo pero muy bien por el precio. Manta demasiado pequeña para la cama.

¡Este lugar es fantástico! Recomiendo ampliamente al personal, que es muy amable y servicial. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Surat Thani, sin duda me alojaré de nuevo pronto.
