Era un hotel muy bonito, en un lugar agradable de Malmö. No era grande y era muy tranquilo. El servicio fue perfecto. La comida estaba deliciosa, con una gran variedad, y el café era gratis todo el día. ¡Recomendado!

El hotel de la escuela, pero de una buena manera. Llegas altas, ventanas abiertas y una vibración agradable. Sólo la gripe sería que el baño es un poco pequeño. La ubicación perfecta es la vista, las tiendas, los bares y los restaurantes. Aquí está el personal de la habitación. El hotel ofrece desayuno, comida y cena, independientemente de lo que sea un buen toque. Sería de nuevo, si en Malmö

Hotel perfecto. Amplia variedad en el desayuno, cena incluida con plato principal y variedad de acompañantes (ensalada, sopa o crema, salsas, panes…), café ilimitado durante el día e incluso tentempié a media tarde.  La habitación era amplísima y el baño también. El único pero la ducha, era bastante pequeña y se salía el agua de la mampara. Después de un día de temperaturas heladoras, nada mejor que terminarlo con la sauna disponible

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind. We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…) Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm. Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

Este hotel es el mejor en el que he estado hasta ahora. La habitación es enorme y acogedora a la vez. La atención al detalle es impresionante. El personal es muy amable y servicial. ¡La comida es estupenda! Sin duda, lo recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera alojarse en Malmö, Suecia.

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

Refurbishing is happening right outside our room with shouting and banging waking us up. Lift to the ”main building” wasn't working and we tried to contact the staff by pressing the alarm following the instructions in the lift but staff was unable to help us despite us shouting thru the intercom. No other signs or instructions on how to get down to the front desk. When we finally figured out how to get two elderly family members and two large suitcases down. Two of the staff looked up at me, only one (the female staff) acknowledged me with a hi and both went back to look at their computer screens. I basically have to ask if anyone was going to help me before the male staff raise his voice at me and told me I was being unreasonable because he was only looking at his screen for a second. But why do I have to make my presence known to get help from the staff when I'm standing right in front of them? They choose to look at their screens rather than help me.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

A very basic hotel that genuinely provides everything you need, but was overpriced for its basic services. Room is comfortable and not small at all. Mattresses on beds were not comfortable. I was there for a week and my room was organized only once, which was very weird to me. I don’t expect house cleaning on a daily basis with change of everything, but I do expect that house cleaning will make sure to check the room at lease once a day and it did not happen. Breakfast is nice, even if basic. For a lower price it could be ok.

Goodmrning hotel is a budget hotel, good rooms and a good bed, the biggest coop in town a cross the street, parking is 120 krones for outside on the parking garage. A good breakfast with plenty of options was served between 6 and 10
