Era un hotel muy bonito, en un lugar agradable de Malmö. No era grande y era muy tranquilo. El servicio fue perfecto. La comida estaba deliciosa, con una gran variedad, y el café era gratis todo el día. ¡Recomendado!

El hotel de la escuela, pero de una buena manera. Llegas altas, ventanas abiertas y una vibración agradable. Sólo la gripe sería que el baño es un poco pequeño. La ubicación perfecta es la vista, las tiendas, los bares y los restaurantes. Aquí está el personal de la habitación. El hotel ofrece desayuno, comida y cena, independientemente de lo que sea un buen toque. Sería de nuevo, si en Malmö

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind. We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…) Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm. Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

Estancia ideal, cómoda y cerca de todo. El hotel es moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta (o incluso larga porque tiene cocina). La atención del staff fue muy buena, hicieron recomendaciones y nos han tratado muy bien.

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the train station and we always stay there when we have an early morning flight or a very late arrival. The staff is always very helpful and my daughter loves the animation that they provide. Food is also excellent. Thank you for always going out of your way for us especially when we forget things behind.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Todo muy limpio y muy bonita la habitación, camas cómodas. En recepción muy amables y serviciales, nos dejaron guardar las maletas antes y después de la estancia. Desayuno completo y muy rico. Un 10.

Tenemos una habitación con discapacidad. Era un poco más grande y cómodo. Desafortunadamente, falta AC y puede ser muy caliente. Teníamos una vista hacia la plaza grande y donde se reúnen personas kl.03 en la noche cuando las exposiciones cierran. Se hace bastante ruido porque era tan caliente en la habitación que tenemos que dormir con ventanas abiertas. Fue taxis allí y después de 20-25 minutos se volvió vacío y silencioso. Pero la situación está bien, el personal agradable, las habitaciones limpias y el desayuno bueno. Así que fue una buena experiencia.
