UUsuario invitadoThis is a great place to stay if you are having a child-focused holiday. Its also a cool place for adults too. The bunk beds are great. The rooms are dark at night which is great because the sun never goes down in the summer. The breakfast was amazing—one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere in the world. The bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is really new. The attention to detail in all aspects of decor and thoughtfulness of what makes a good customer experience have been considered. It connects to the theme park which is easy and great. The rooftop bar is cool. I would staff there again and recommend it to anyone. The only thing that could have been better would be a spot to drop luggage, there is no easy car access to the front door.

AAKR87Really nice hotel in a great and convenient location, spacious room. However booked for 4 people, received confirmation from trip that the booking was made for 2 adults 2 children upon check in only 2 adults and 1 child on the hotel booking. Hotel receptionist argued no solution offered, we had to put 2 single beds together so could be used by 3 people.
Lobby bathroom not able to be accessed after checkout as its keycard controlled- be careful if you wait a while for onward travel etc.

UUsuario anónimoSuperb hotel! Se recomienda que la habitación 30 cuadrada de alta calidad sea realmente grande en el norte de Europa, el precio es muy alto, la habitación y el baño de alta calidad son muy espaciosos para separar, la ducha doble, en general muy cómodo.
El sabor del baño es muy especial, el chino es muy amable con la palabra ”calma” en el círculo. La higiene es muy buena, el personal de cuidados también es muy bueno para la comunicación, incluso si la gente está llena de la habitación en el fin de semana muy rápido!
El desayuno es bueno, cada piso tiene una máquina de café gratis, leche y leche vegetal y pobre, sandwiches, un poco de placer. ¡Esto es muy especial! ¡Puede disfrutar del disfrute del edificio del castillo durante cien años sin salir del hotel!
Se dice que la piscina del techo es buena, pero no lo ha ido, ¡puedes probar la próxima vez!

También es deliciosa la cebada frita! ¡Es bueno el pez de mar! Recomendación fuerte para este restaurante!
El restaurante también es muy amable. El domingo por la noche cerra el día para que los desplazados de la ciudad de Gothenburg se sienten calientes antes de Navidad. PPatrickEOverall, this hotel was a superb experience.
We arrived around 18.00 in the evening after a long drive. Unfortunately some technical error in their system required us to wait in the lobby for about 30min, but we were swiftly compensated in the form of free parking and a complimentary prosecco in the room.
The room itself was beautiful. Amazing view, very comfortable bed and TV placement, a very long bathtub. The only mild annoyance was that the bathroom light was finicky to turn on and adjust.
The spa is a must-experience, especially after a long drive from one side of Sweden to the other. It was excellent; nothing to complain about.
The best thing about Upper House however, is the breakfast. I have never had a better breakfast experience anywhere else in the world. I would gladly stay again just to eat their breakfast menu.
Very excellent stay, great service and great food. A solid 9.5/10 experience.

UUsuario anónimoI arrived around 9 pm and it was already dark. Still, the surroundings near the central station felt safe because there were plenty of people around. It was about an 8-minute walk, though Google Maps sent me on a longer route when I could have just taken a shortcut near the train tracks.
The reception was lovely. I even asked for some ice cubes since it was quite humid that day and normal temperature water wasn’t enough to cool me down. The room itself was nice, just right for one person. As it was parallel to the train tracks, you could hear them passing, but only faintly. I was so tired that I slept really well.
I didn’t order breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I checked out at 12 pm, and they provided luggage storage free of charge, which was definitely a plus. I came back for my luggage at 6 pm with no issues.

UUsuario invitadoWe arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress
which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu
board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant.
We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday.
The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests.
In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg.
Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.

Habitación: El tamaño es adecuado para una persona; la cama es bastante grande. Hay secador de pelo y perchas. No se pueden pedir teteras prestadas y solo se puede conseguir agua caliente en recepción.
Personal: Llegué un poco temprano, pero me dejaron registrarme antes. Fueron amables y serviciales.
Otros: También hay gimnasio, sauna y jacuzzi al aire libre. Cerca de una parada de autobús.
