My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

It was excellent and beyond, this trip is very memorable especially from the service given by Ethar and other staff, very welcoming, very sincere.

Reception was really good any issues was resolved instantly hotel breakfast was bit disappointing in terms of of variety and some food was not fresh rest location is excellent and reception staff is brilliant and the boys for floor 9 were really good laundry was bit disappointing I will not use it as I had chase for my clothes

The hotel was perfectly located near the Masjid al Nabawi and restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and accommodate my request for early check in. Highly recommend the hotel.

El hotel goza de una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la Mezquita del Profeta, lo que facilita enormemente el acceso para rezar en cada momento. El personal es muy amable y atento, el hotel está limpio y el desayuno buffet es delicioso y variado.

Hotel location was amazing, staff was great and very helpful. Room could be more clean though.
