Este es un hotel histórico donde vivió el autor de los libros de James Bond y donde se filmó una de las películas. Las habitaciones son de buena calidad. El spa dispone de piscina, jacuzzi, duchas de masaje, hammam, sauna. Sin embargo, se negaron a darme más de 1 toalla por visita. El desayuno es de buena calidad. Puedes pedir una tortilla hecha a medida con varios ingredientes. La elección de frutas incluía mango y papaya, incluso en invierno. El único momento desagradable fue que intentaron rebajar la categoría de la habitación para nosotros (nos dieron una habitación de categoría inferior a la reservada originalmente, a pesar de que era temporada baja). Nunca antes había experimentado eso en toda mi vida. Afortunadamente, gracias a una eficiente intervención del servicio de atención al cliente de trip.com, logramos conseguir el tipo de habitación exacto que reservamos originalmente, pero hubo un poco de estrés, por lo que les aconsejo a todos que verifiquen directamente con el hotel. En qué categoría de habitación se le asignará ANTES de llegar.

Hotel is situated at a comfortable location, pretty much giving you access to easy ride and train all within the catchment zone, which is quite convenient. It also boasts of a fantastic sea view, if you book rooms facing the sea side, and is also very quiet. This is my second stay there and I’d recommend it. Breakfast variety is just so so, and I’ve come to experience that adding breakfast is just waste of money. You’re better off either doing walk-in pay for breakfast and it bundling it with the room.

El personal fue muy amable, realmente lo disfrutamos y el spa es simplemente increíble.

Standard three star hotel. Fantastic location and easy to get to all the main sightseeing stuff. Some aesthetic issues in the room. Cigarette burn in the cloth headboard, bathroom sink bowl wasn’t bolted down, and the top rain shower head didn’t work and the shower area had mold. Pretty standard European two single beds pushed together, no bigger than a dorm room mat and about as soft as a box spring. The air conditioner controller is just for show, the main staff has control over it. But other than a hard bed that would split down the middle having you fall through and in between the mattresses, a hot room, and a bathroom sink almost torn from the fixtures and nearly dropped on the ol toes the staff is amazing and the just having the sheer proximity to the lively restaurants and beaches overshadowed any of the negatives

El hotel nos encanto a pesar de no estar tan cerca de nada, para ir a cualquier lugar tenias que coger el coche. Las instalaciones en perfecto estado, la cama muy cómoda, la habitación limpia la nuestra con balcón a la calle. El personal del desayuno, encantadores y muy amables. El personal del recepción apático, poco colaborador, las dos chicas que nos atendieron cuando llegamos ni nos miro a la cara y la de salida como si no hubiéramos estado nunca en el hotel. Pregunte si era posible que me prestaran una hielera para poner una botella de champan porque era mi aniversario y la respuesta inmediata fue no y no hubo posibilidades de obtenerla. Fácil aparcar por la zona, sin pagar. Los demás todo bien.

El paisaje es hermoso, el desayuno también está bien y el personal es muy amable.

El hotel es muy encantador, con una ligera influencia art decó. Está bellamente ubicado cerca de la playa y tiene excelentes restaurantes frente al mar. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La piscina era genial.

Al ver que el hotel se encuentra dentro de una ONG, sentí cierta aprensión, pero al llegar quedé encantado con el cuidado, la atención y la dedicación al medio ambiente y a todo lo que se hace allí. Las suites son privadas y están muy bien organizadas. Las habitaciones son adecuadas para una estancia corta: limpias y cómodas. El hotel está frente a la playa y di un paseo muy agradable por los alrededores. Si buscas un lugar asequible para una estancia corta, no lo dudes.

I had a nice stay in the hostel, it just feels like home and everyone was friendly and accomodating. What I really like was the location because it was just close to the beautiful Carcavelos Beach, shops and metro station are also nearby so it was very convinient. Another thing that I like about my stay was the amenities they offer like the kitchen where you can cook your food anytime, they also have a swimming pool, a spacious living area where you can watch tv or just chill with your phone or laptop. I would difinitely recommend this hostel and would probably stay here again on my next visit to Portugal.
