IInternational traveler_MichelleIt is was our 2nd time to stay in Seda hotel north. We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant serves very fresh and delicious food, and the service is excellent and attentive. Seda Vertis North is much cleaner and more comfortable compared to many casino hotels. There is even a wedding dress rental in the lobby, which is perfect for taking beautiful photos. The staff are very friendly, and they offer a better deal when you show a senior citizen ID if you want to extend your stay. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, dine, and capture some memorable picture

UUsuario anónimoWorst WiFi for hotel of this callibre. For the amount you pay, WiFi should not be an issue, but for 20+ days my wife and I stayed we never had stable WiFi. Unacceptable for this day and age. Other complaint was the gym..no air con until who knows when. Again, for this callibre and pricing you expect a certain level of standard.
Besides that, really good staff the kind of hospitality you always get in Philippines. Thank you to the staff!!
Everything else was great! Recommend to stay here if WiFi was a non-issue.

UUsuario anónimoHad a not-so-good experience with their customer service when we first stayed here a few years ago but they’ve improved so much this time around! They went extra with a printed bday greeting for our mom in her room and a special room delivery of a slice of cake with a bday song. I like that they now have a water dispenser on every floor. We also appreciated that they allowed a late check out for both our rooms. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.
The room tho was not as squeaky clean particularly the floor. We had to ask for robes and towels a couple of times. There’s was also no dedicated staff in the pool area.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking again.

En general, es un lugar sólido y asequible para permanecer en Cubao.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
