This is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

Mi experiencia es agradable. Todo el personal es muy acomodado, amable y muy bienvenido 🥰😀 habitación es agradable, algunas partes de la habitación tienen algunos daños que necesitan ser reparados pero son responsables en la reparación de esas habitaciones. Todo eso, Muchas gracias, Dios bendice

Clean room, friendly staff and the rooftop view is amazing

El lugar es muy conveniente para explorar tanto la ciudad de Legazpi como el monte Mayon, ya que está en el centro entre ambos. La cama es muy cómoda. La habitación también es tranquila y limpia. Las niñas encargadas son muy agradables también.

Дружелюбный персонал, заселили в 10 утра. Номер большой и чистый, из окошка видно вулкан. На завтрак силонг и кофе. Хорошее расположение - автовокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы. Из минусов - вайфай пропадает, нет горячей воды, дверь в номер открывается с трудом.

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

Near pacific mall and sa centro. May small lounge area na pwede ka bumili ng 3 in 1 coffee, softdrinks in can, nissin cup noodles, and other snacks. May water dispenser din sila. Friendly ang mga staff.. Malinis ang room and CR. May free wifi, cable tv sa room, towel, airconditioned room.. May libre din na body wash, shampoo, tissue and liquid hand wash sa CR.. May hot n cold shower.. Located sila sa 3rd floor.. Kaya kung may mabigat kang dala ay pwede ka magpatulong sa staff kasi wala silang elevator.. Overall, isa ito sa marerecommend kung accommodation sa legazpi.

Reservamos este hotel para 1 noche de estancia en Legaspi City. Opon check-in en la recepción solicita 300 pesos como por protocolo de hotel no sé por qué pero no se indica en la reserva y reservamos dos habitaciones para que pagamos 600 centenares de pesos. La habitación es tan limpia, el único problema es que no hay cerradura en el baño, el bidet no funciona correctamente también el calefactor.
