From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

UUsuario invitadoСамое важное, что стоит сказать - это не отель 4*. Это средненькая трёшка. По уровню. Далее описание по порядку. Номер. У меня был номер с видом на море на 2 этаже. Вид на море на одну треть. Так как растут деревья и сильно загораживают пейзаж, смотришь на деревья. И таких номеров много. Может, для кого-то это плюс. Есть небольшой балкон посидеть подышать воздухом и покурить, кому надо. Сам номер простенький, но чистый. Видно, что не новый. Не сказать, чтобы раздолбанный, но куски стен покрашены в разное время, это видно, подтеки, мебели мало. Кондиционера привычного нет, есть вентилятоный блок в стене на уровне колен. Температуру выставить нельзя, есть только две крутилки - сила потока воздуха и сила охлаждения. Прям чтобы холодить - нет, не остужал кондей воздух, делал чуть свежее. То есть это скорее не кондей, а вентилятор. Охладить воздух на ночь и потом комфортно спать не получалось, быстро становилось жарко, а оставлять этот вентилятор на ночь было не удобно - он сильно шумел и дул на кровать. Приходилось пару раз за ночь вставать и включать-выключать. Ванна. Почему-то полки для одежды и обуви и сейф разместили тут. Не удобно. Сейф вообще не работал, он весь проржавел. Из предметов гигиены отель предоставляет только жидкое мыло и шампунь. Бедновато для отеля 4*, коим себя называет. Ни шапочки для душа, ни ватных принадлежностей, ни лосьона для тела, ни тапочек - ничего. Напор воды довольно слабый, горячая вода идёт от водонагревателя, потому то теплее, то холоднее. Полотенца меняли стабильно, белье в кровати просто заправляли. Сам номер убирали хорошо. Только песок не всегда начисто выметали, приходилось просить ещё раз. Есть чайничек маленький, кофе и зеленый чай, маленький холодильник. Фена и утюга не нашла. Завтрак включён в стоимость, но он простенький. 2 кусочка тоста, масло, джем, яичница, немного фруктов, чай/кофе. Можно по меню заказать что-то поприличнее, но за доп плату. Можно в ресторане отеля заказать обед и ужин. Цены чуть выше, чем в ресторанах на пляже, но еда очень неплохая, порции большие (в отличие от пляжных ресторанов, где найти хорошую еду проблематично). Персонал очень отзывчивый, сделают всё, что попросите. Территорию отеля убирают хорошо. Но места перед отелем на пляже немного, потому лежаков тоже немного. Если отель заселен, то лежаков всем точно не хватит. Вход в море - галька с песком. Утром, когда прилив, входить комфортно. А после обеда, когда вода уходит, уже менее комфортно, обнажается галька на дне, босиком заходить больновато, лучше в аквашузах. Отдельная вещь, которая мне не нравилась - бродячие собаки. Они шастают везде, их не гоняют, они не агрессивные, но всё равно чешутся, размножаются, грызутся прям тут же перед глазами. Есть торговцы, которые ходят предлагают всякую хрень, но они не сильно навязчивые, хотя пристают стабильно, даже если в пятый раз за день видят. В общем стоит сказать, что для Филлипин отель очень даже. Остальные вокруг ещё хуже)) Но надо понимать, что это реальные 3* и не ожидать сервиса 4*.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed four nights at Casalay Boutique Villas and Dive and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is truly special – stunning views, beautifully designed villas, a very well-kept property, and breathtaking sunsets by the pool or from the terrace. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a luxurious getaway. Be aware that getting there can be a bit tricky. Buses from Manila to Batangas City run regularly, but the last ferry departs at 4 PM. Make sure to plan your trip accordingly – we ran into some issues because of this. The food is more expensive than local options, but very clean and easily adaptable to vegetarian needs. While the vegetarian menu is limited, the manager was very accommodating and open to adjustments, which we truly appreciated. There are plenty of activities: a paid boat transfer to Secret Bay, trips to Sabang, diving, massages, and more. Just keep in mind to clarify whether you book activities through the hotel or third-party providers, as prices can vary and surcharges are common. Some small downsides: our room was only cleaned on two of the four days, which didn’t meet the highest hygiene standards, and the beach could be a little cleaner. Still, we had a very enjoyable stay. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful setting, and unique location makes this hotel highly recommendable.

SSimagin_IvanThe resort is nestled in a quiet harbour within a small village just a short distance from Puerto Galera — you can reach the town in about 10 minutes by tricycle for 50 pesos. The property sits right on the waterfront, with its courtyard opening directly onto the bay. The setting is incredibly serene, cosy and picturesque. The grounds feature plenty of relaxing spots: comfortable chairs, sun loungers and hammocks where you can unwind. We especially loved the chair near the large tree — it was the perfect place to relax! The sea near the resort is a bit murky due to local currents, so not many people swim here. However, this isn’t an issue at all, as you can quickly and affordably reach the stunning beaches of Sabang (I highly recommend La Laguna) by tricycle — or even on foot if you’re up for a walk. During low tide, you can explore the seabed right near the hotel. The resort also has a small swimming pool, and despite other guests staying there, we never had any trouble finding space to take a dip. The rooms are clean and well‑maintained, featuring a small kitchenette, stylish bathrooms and even a bathtub. We stayed on the ground floor, so we occasionally noticed small ants and once spotted a gecko — but they never caused any inconvenience. Please note that the air conditioning is rather weak, so the room might feel a bit stuffy or not quite cool enough at times. There’s both a ceiling fan and a standing fan available, though, and overall the accommodation was comfortable. The on‑site restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes for breakfast and other meals, with prices typical for a resort area. We were very pleased with the food. The staff are attentive, always smiling and eager to help. During our week‑long stay, the resort wasn’t crowded, which made for a truly relaxing experience — you really get what you came for. Occasionally, local guests can be a bit noisy, laughing loudly or singing karaoke, which might disturb your sleep or meditation. However, this is not the resort’s fault, and it’s still relatively quiet compared to other spots around Puerto Galera, such as White Beach. What could be improved: 1) Flip‑flops. It’s odd that a seaside resort doesn’t offer free flip‑flops like most similar places do — they only rent them out here. Even budget hotels usually provide this small convenience. 2) Charge for outside food. Corkage fees are normal, but charging an extra 150 pesos for any outside food is too much. Even though we weren’t charged, the mere existence of such a rule makes the resort look stingy. This rule should be removed. 3) Wi-Fi was dead almost all of the time. Don’t rely on it. Thanks to the Blue Crystal Resort for a nice stay! I highly recommend it.

La sanidad interior es buena, los toallas y otros artículos se deshacen del pelo, el lavado de dientes y el lavado de dientes son cubiertos, mejor que se lo traigan. LLunate sigmaHonest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅
