Es un hotel que tiene estudios pequeños muy practicos, , mas bien es un estudio que tiene todo lo necesario. Limpio y muy cerca del centro urbano, de la Marina y a mano de todos los autobuses. El personal es muy amable y pasamos una estancia kuy agradable

Good sized room with comfortable bed and good shower. However, walls were paper thin and you could hear the conversation in the next room word for word. I'd expect better from a quality hotel. Great service from front desk staff. Checkout in the morning was frustratingly slow, with a queue of six or so people and only one person on the front desk.

La habitación en general estaba bien, con buena conexión de transporte, cerca de la estación de tren y el muelle. Está a 5 minutos del Parlamento, pero pedí un piso alto y me dieron el 5º, así que las vistas desde la ventana no eran muy buenas.

En el corazón de la ciudad central cerca de la acción si quieres salir por la noche. Nos hemos perdido el aire acondicionado porque está caliente en nuestra habitación. Teníamos una buena vista de la iglesia junto al hotel

Hotel agradable y bien ubicado. Muy accesible a todas las atracciones, a un corto paseo del centro. Cerca de la calle Cuba y del Museo Nacional. El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero está muy limpio y el desayuno es típicamente europeo.

fantastic value for money. One request: please oil the hinges of the door. In a dorm room, every person going in and out makes quite a bit of noise. I was also very happy that the dorm room bunkbeds were king single. Great.

Quite the experience.  I was hoping for ‘cheap and cheerful’ fairly close to town. That was the case for the room and the breakfast options surpassed my expectations.  We slept well and were happy to have somewhere to stay that didn’t cost an arm and a leg.  After checking out we had a riotous time over a drink, reading through past reviews as we are clearly not alone in noticing the ‘Fawlty Towers-esque’ demeanour of the owner/manager.  He likes to complain about guests and after a couple of chats with him we were bemused to o notice that we had inadvertently behaved incorrectly and were the subjects of gossip with new guests - while we were still in the room!  I might have grey hair but my hearing is still intact.  My impression is that he’s harmless enough, just lacking in some social etiquette.  If you remember Basil Fawlty and take it with a grain of salt, you’ll be fine.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en el centro de la ciudad de Shullington, el estacionamiento está en la planta superior, hay que ir a una colina, el costo de estacionamiento es de 15 monedas por día. La decoración interior es un poco antigua y antigua, tiene un sentido histórico. Aura Hotel is located right next to the vibrant Cuba street and Courtenay place. The room on level 2, block J was spacious and in great condition. However, the first room I was assigned in Block 'N' had a strong, suffocating smell and lacked windows. I called the front desk to request a room change since I couldn't find any windows in that room or the dining area, only to be informed that all blocks in the hotel were windowless. As I walked back to the front desk, I noticed a block with open windows. The front desk staff wasn't happy with me for checking other blocks and also annoyed when I informed him that I knocked on neighboring 5 empty rooms in the Block, without any response, to enquire if they experience the smell too. The personnel claimed that the block I saw was the only one with windows and was fully booked. I returned to my initial room, but the odor persisted, prompting me to return the keys and applied for a refund. After almost an hour, we inspected the room again with the receptionist, and surprisingly, the smell had vanished. Despite this strange encounter, I still opted for a room change. I was given another room in block 'J', which, while also lacking windows, it had a better odour. As I explored the floor after settling in, I discovered several other blocks with windows. This experience reflected very poor service and dodgy misleading information from the front desk.
