A great hotel conveniently located directly across the international terminal. There is 24 hours reception and staff are friendly and professional. The room is very clean and the bedding and pillow are comfortable. It would have been even better if there were slippers and dental kit made available. There are various lounges, onsite restaurant and fitness room. Didn't get to use all the facilities, but maybe next time! If you need a short stay near the airport, this is worth a visit!

Nestled in superb locations, the hotel offers not only convenience but also serenity.The staff’s service was beyond impeccable, the room exuded cleanliness and order, and the overall ambiance created an idea setting for both relaxation and deep concentration.

I stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it. Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked. When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned. While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

The room itself is very old, the windows were also poorly cleaned. However the rest of the hotel is nice and updated including the spa and pool area. Overall it was a decent stay, however I would only go back for the spa and not stay there again.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, la habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, pero la puerta de la habitación era tan fina que podíamos oír a alguien fuera hablar en los pasillos. Un día volvimos a las 9:00 horas y abundamos en muchas actividades de aventuras todo el día, y descubrimos que nuestra habitación no había sido preparada, las toallas no habían sido cambiadas y también la cama, aunque habíamos puesto la señal de ”por favor, componed mi habitación”.

這家酒店位於奧克蘭市區偏北位置，屬於公寓式酒店，設施比較齊全。房間內配有洗衣機、微波爐、烤箱和電熱爐，適合多日入住或希望省錢可以自己做飯，整體硬件很新，條件不錯。 但辦理入住時需要特別注意以下幾點，我自己踩的坑分享出來，避免後續客人遇到同樣問題： 1️⃣ 買能打國際電話＋上網的電話卡 2️⃣ 提前完成Check in 3️⃣ 所有人姓名都填完整 4️⃣ 保存好酒店備用郵箱 具體我同步下： 1️⃣ 前台並非24小時服務 酒店在非工作時間（如晚上）是無人值守。我當天下午6:30到達時，前台已關閉，衹能通過門上留下的聯繫電話（國際長途）聯繫工作人員。因此建議提前確認到達時間，儘量在工作時間內抵達。 2️⃣ 必須提前完成網上 Check-in 酒店會提前發送郵件要求填寫入住訊息。請務必填寫所有入住人員的完整姓名，即使攜程預留的名字，如果不錄入也是查不到的，衹能查到網上登記的姓名一致。我當時衹填寫了一位入住人的名字，導致工作人員電話查詢訂單時無法匹配，影響辦理入住。就一定要我發郵件自己確認。 3️⃣ 建議準備可打國際電話的電話卡 如在非工作時間抵達，需撥打門口提供的電話聯繫工作人員。我自己撥打之後，還請攜程幫我，可是攜程衹能嘗試幫忙，但是最後聯繫到公寓和發郵件的還是自己，不過攜程態度好，有積極幫忙處理。建議提前準備可以撥打國際電話並可上網的電話卡，以便及時溝通和收發郵件。 4️⃣ 留意酒店備用郵箱 如郵件溝通出現問題，可嘗試聯繫酒店的預訂郵箱（通常為 reserve@ 開頭的郵箱，攜程裏面有），響應會更快。工作人員電話裏面給我念了一個郵箱，有錯。 總體來説，酒店硬件設施不錯，但入住流程需要提前準備和確認。建議大家出發前完成所有網上手續，並保存好酒店聯繫方式，以免晚間到達時影響入住。

El exterior del hotel se ve un poco cutre, pero la habitación está limpia y ordenada. La ubicación es increíble porque está muy cerca del aeropuerto y ofrecen servicio de transporte. El servicio fue bueno, pero no había recepción y tuve que ir al motel de al lado, pero el personal fue muy servicial.

La habitación es limpia y inodora, especialmente adecuada para la opción de viaje en invierno, la ubicación está cerca de la estación de tren, pero no hay muchas opciones de comida alrededor!
