One of the most enjoyable and memorable stay I have experienced in a long while. The resort was impeccably maintained and exceeded their advertised claims. The compound of the resort and the unit that I stayed in were very hygienacally maintained. All facilities such as air conditioning, WiFi, fans, fridges, etc. were without issues. The most heartfelt and significant experience were the warmth, friendliness and interactions with the staff and owners of the resort. The staff were very efficient and accommodating. The owners were genuine, authentic- wonderful hosts !! The heartfelt interactions, the meaningful insights, local knowledge and wisdoms imparted by both the hosts were THE highlights of the stay there. They were generous in deeds and in spirits. Please, please take some time to converse with them... They are wonderful people. For the uninitiated who are looking for an authentic ”kampung” experience and those who want to harken back to the days of when the once lived in a kampung, this resort will deliver the experience. A gem of a resort which I would, God Willing, be in my holiday plans for the future. THANK YOU Pasir Belanda Resort.

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. Todo salió a la perfección y agradecí mucho la comodidad y la limpieza. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Buen lugar para viajeros de negocios, ya que está cerca de un puesto de comida no halal al otro lado de la carretera.

Las instrucciones para la llave y el acceso a la unidad fueron claras y fáciles. La unidad es aceptable, sin embargo, el techo y el sofá se han usado y se pueden ver pinturas sobre él. Se ofrecen toallas y toallas básicas como la toalla y la pasta dental. También hay un distribuidor de agua, utensilios de cocina, para necesidades básicas de cocina. Location wise very strategic, within ~15mins drive time to nearby attractions. You can stay conviniently here because you got Nasken, McD at the ground floor… Pak Leh Milo Tunggeng just walkable distance.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, junto al centro comercial KB Mall. La habitación es bastante pequeña, pero cómoda para pasar unas noches.

Close to Hospital USM and restaurants, with 20 minutes airport transfer avoiding the major traffic to Kota Bharu town

Siempre es mi opción para alojarme en Kota Bharu. Buena ubicación, a poca distancia a pie de Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah. Hay comida por todas partes y el precio es asequible. Hay muchos restaurantes para elegir. En cuanto al hotel, ¡el desayuno es increíble! Delicioso y con una gran variedad de platos. ¡Muy recomendable!

the room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice
