UUsuario anónimoThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

HHenry.AngStill very satisfied with the room and services. Staff walking around the main lobby makes the effort to ask if one need and help when he sees me roaming around. Service 👍🏻.. the room I gotten this time was still good other than the pillow has abit of weird stench.. I requested it to be replaced and it was done almost immediately.

UUsuario anónimoThe service was good and rooms were clean but location can be a little out of the way though they provide shuttle service to the Mid Valley. Surrounding area is quite empty only a small stretch of shop house. If u like a quiet night and shopping in a big mall in the day is fine staying here. The only thing I do not like is the shower area, water flows out to the sink area and entire bathroom floor is wet after u take a shower. Need a pair of slippers to use the toilet after showering unless you don’t mind stepping on a wet and cold toilet floor.

JJay TooGot to give it a 10 STARS! The team were very responsive regardless the time of the day and the property is well maintained and clean. Everything is in place and most importantly the instructions and communication were very clear. Hope to stay with them soon again!

Room was not clean, toilet floor was wet. Toilet paper was not filled up, Water bidet was leaking when in use. Shower was close to the toilet. No space to move around.
Bed was comfortable but full of ants in the room. Tried to change rooms but was not possible, when i saw other room doors being opened and no in use.
Ants were all over the place! On the night stand, walls had cracks n ants, bed also got ants. floor also got ants. I cannot sleep at night so I had to go find a 24 hour place to relax for the night.

SSchwarzmaHotel pequeño cerca de un montón de tiendas de alimentación, artículos básicos y de bricolaje. El aire acondicionado estaba frío, el calentador de agua funcionaba y se proporcionaba champú, gorro de ducha y kits dentales. El hotel parece bastante antiguo en algún rincón y el suelo de la habitación parecía un poco sucio, pero no estaba pegajoso. Ideal si buscas un lugar para dormir, pero no esperes lujos. En general, es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo.

NNeelavEl hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y es un hotel muy agradable. Si bien la propiedad es maravillosa, lo que realmente lo separa es el personal fenomenal específicamente, Janet y Roen. Janet y Roen son ambos excepcionales. No sólo siguen un script de hospitalidad estándar; completamente redefinen el servicio al cliente. En una industria en la que el personal puede ser restringido por la cinta roja de las empresas, Janet y Roen son un respiro de aire fresco. No tienen miedo de desafiar las reglas convencionales cuando una situación lo exige, tomando proactivamente las cosas en sus propias manos para asegurar que la experiencia de los huéspedes es absolutamente insostenible. Es increíblemente raro encontrar personas que están tan profundamente comprometidas con la satisfacción de los huéspedes que intervienen personalmente y se descriten para asegurarse de que cada detalle se cuida. ¡El hotel es un hotel increíble, un servicio increíble, Kudos a Roen y Janet para elevar nuestra experiencia y mostrar lo que es una hospitalidad real, poderosa!
