Had a wonderful 3D2N stay here as a couple. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. There were plenty of complimentary activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable and gave us lots to do without any additional cost. The resort was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from Kuantan town. However, if you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the city, this is actually a great choice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The hotel is located relatively near the Eaplanade and Tanjung Lumpur. But most places will require a car. The hotel room is comfortable and cosy. Size is just nice. Bathroom was quite small and amenities being fair only. There is free car parking in the hotel but it only has few spaces in the covered car parking area. The others are in the open.

I booked a triple room for me & 2 girls. It's a spacious room w 3 single beds. It can even fit another extra bed n still hv adequate space to move around. I didnt try the food so cant comment abt the hotel food. The loc is great, u can walk around to shop n eat. Parking space is also provided in a gated area. U just need to validate ur parking each time u exit to get free parking. Hv stayed here twice.

Had a good night sleep. Room was spacious! And so thankful for the TV Channel 14! We got to watch the World Cup live match at 3 a.m! Wifi was also good! Hot shower available. Ironing facilities provided. Walking distance to a Shell Out restaurant!

the toilet and room very clean. got iron at each floor and got parking space. located near Pantai cempedak just less than 10 minutes drive. Bonus point got TMG supermarket infront of the house very convenient to do quick shopping. i don't took picture of the house but really beautiful and cozy place, got bonding space at level 1 with small table tennis and corridor outside to chill

L location very strategic. Near to Teruntum Tower and a lot of cafe around the hotels. All the basics amenities are provided. Iron and board also provided. Breakfast choice is just nice. Just one thing that not satisfied...during the staycation, the reception area was under renovation and this is not informed earlier by hotel management.

Collecting keys from post box is rather tricky and most of the time lights not turned on. Nearby no restaurant. Self drive only, if not hard to commute around. GRAB won’t be cheap.

I think because it's an old hotel, it had that classic vibe, which I'm okay with. But the parking is in the basement without any elevator access, and you had to pay extra to park in front of the hotel. The first problem is the room air conditioning weren't properly working and we felt hot even after a few hours waiting for the room to be cooler. We ended up reaching out to the hotel and thank god all the staff were every helpful. They helped us change our room and there's a coakroach in the room that came out when we were packing to leave. Overall, would definitely stay here again for the budget but recommending yall to find a more comfortable stay if you're on a holiday
