Wonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

En general, estuvo bien. El desayuno era rico y el servicio era bueno. Es problemático pedir algunas botellas de agua en la recepción y hay un cargo. Dije, ¿puedo dormir mañana con anticipación? Lo pensé durante mucho tiempo. . . Recién dado

Hermoso hotel, excelente ubicación, muy amable la recepcionista que nos atendió al llegar, amplio estacionamiento, rico y completo desayuno, seguro volvemos !!

This hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean. On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

El personal fue amable; un tío nos ayudó a subir el equipaje a la habitación y nos enseñó a usar el televisor. El desayuno era sencillo, con papaya y bolsitas de té en lugar de café. Estuvimos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia de dos noches. La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad era muy conveniente.

La decoración es hermosa, la habitación se siente acogedora, el hecho de tener las luces cálidas lo hace más romántico, el personal es muy amable y la ubicación está súper, lo recomiendo, sin duda regresaría

Service was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty! The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless. It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city. I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
