I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

El lugar es genial, mucho más grande de lo que esperábamos, aunque no hacen nada con los fumadores de al lado y tuvimos que dormir una noche en una habitación llena de humo. Abrir la ventana no servía de mucho, ya que afuera hacía 6 grados. El personal fue muy atento y nos ofreció otra habitación para el día siguiente. El lugar está limpio, tiene una gran variedad de canales de televisión y, en general, es agradable alojarse allí.

The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

Está muy cerca de la fortaleza de Suwon Hwaseong, por lo que es conveniente para hacer turismo. Había un sillón de masaje en la habitación para que pudiera relajar mis piernas cansadas por el turismo. Los alrededores son tranquilos y es divertido pasear por la ciudad.

Es un lugar muy limpio y práctico para hospedarse, jaja. La habitación estaba prácticamente igual a como se veía en las fotos. La ropa de cama estaba impecable, lo que causó una excelente primera impresión ❤️ El colchón no se hundía demasiado y tenía la firmeza justa, ideal para dormir plácidamente. El jacuzzi también era grande y profundo, perfecto para relajarse. ¡Simplemente genial! En resumen, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y es un lugar ideal para quienes priorizan la limpieza y la practicidad :)

La habitación hace mucho calor, no sé si hay calefacción por suelo radiante o cómo operarla. Tengo que encender el aire acondicionado por la noche para probarlo. La sensación general es muy diferente a la de los hoteles nacionales. cosas y es relativamente completo.

The guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.
