Hace poco me alojé en un encantador hotel japonés que superó con creces mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que entré, todo parecía diseñado con esmero: líneas limpias, iluminación relajante y esa atmósfera tranquila y apacible tan característica de Japón. La habitación era compacta pero perfectamente distribuida, con cada detalle teniendo una función. Sin duda, lo mejor fue el sillón de masaje. Después de largos días de exploración, hundirme en él fue una auténtica delicia. Era de una calidad sorprendentemente alta, con múltiples ajustes que realmente me ayudaron a relajarme y recargar energías. La cama era increíblemente cómoda y las comodidades de primera. Nos proporcionaron pijamas suaves, el baño estaba impecable y todo se veía fresco y bien cuidado. El personal fue amable, eficiente y respetuoso con la privacidad, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún más placentera. Es uno de esos lugares donde uno puede desconectar por completo sin distracciones. Dicho esto, hubo un momento… inusual. Alrededor de la medianoche, me desperté de repente y noté algo en la ventana. Por un instante, pareció una sombra que se transformaba en una figura roja parecida a una calavera, casi como si flotara justo detrás del cristal. Desapareció tan rápido como me concentré en ella, dejándome con la duda de si estaba soñando o simplemente desorientado por el sueño. El silencio de la habitación después hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más surrealista. A pesar de esa extraña experiencia, no empañó la estancia en general. De hecho, hizo que la noche fuera curiosamente memorable. Entre la increíble comodidad, el relajante sillón de masaje y el ambiente tranquilo, sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí. Una experiencia perfecta con un toque de misterio que la hizo aún más interesante.

It's a typical Korean hotel that great for few nights stay or one night stand. Super fast check in. The location is close to subway station and major roads. The hotel building was very impressive apprear high end than most hotels in the area and has many parking spots. Inside the room is even more impressive just like the photo advised. Clean and has a large tv. I wish i had known this hotel earlier. However, it offer complimentary water only and instant coffee unlike other hotels in the area that has juices and snacks.

Great location! Walking distance to the base and many options for food! Enjoyed the nightlife. The hotel wasn’t busy, provided bottled water and other small necessities. The only thing, didn’t know where to put the trash once the bin was full. There isn’t a cleaning staff or room checks. Didn’t bother me, but would have like to have know that upfront. But the front desk staff were very friendly. Easy check in and out, a good hotel for a short trip.

So basically this hotel is perfect for couples because you can sneak away from the family and have a good time and there’s so much privacy. It’s not even funny.

혼자 머무르기에 정말 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 객실도 편안했고, 무엇보다 뷰가 좋아 머무는 동안 힐링할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 평균 이상이라 충분히 추천할 만한 곳입니다. 다만, 다음 두 가지는 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 1. 침구에서 오리털이 많이 날렸습니다. 호텔 침구 특성 때문인지는 모르겠지만, 그동안 많은 호텔을 이용해 봤어도 이렇게 미세한 오리털이 많이 날리는 경우는 처음이었습니다. 자고 일어나면 바닥에 눈에 띌 정도로 오리털이 떨어져 있었고, 양도 적지 않았습니다. 재채기가 자주 나서 수시로 환기를 해야 했습니다. 이불 자체는 포근하고 따뜻해서 만족스러웠지만, 이 부분은 개선되면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 2. 일부 직원의 응대가 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 모든 직원을 말하는 것은 아닙니다. 불친절한 것은 아니었지만, 고객의 요청에 조금 더 적극적으로 응대하기보다는 단답형으로 안내하는 경우가 있어 다른 호텔들의 서비스와 비교했을 때 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 개인적으로는 호텔의 등급과 관계없이 서비스업에서는 친절한 응대가 중요한 가치라고 생각하기에 더욱 그렇게 느껴졌습니다. 반면, 일부 직원분들은 매우 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 전체적으로는 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 위 두 가지가 개선된다면 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

The service was excellent . They will try their very best for you guys to be comfortable. Location wise was excellent everything is near specially the bus at the train station.

If you booked deluxe double but they would upgrade your room to the higher and more spacious room since you customers are so pretty and beautiful (which is so inappropriate for a hotel service person to say), do not upgrade it because it is actually a downgraded room with possible smoking smell. The higher level and spacious room will be old, smelly and not so clean. I asked the front desk to move back to the original room that I booked because I couldn’t stand the smoke smell. When I moved to the new clean deluxe room I booked, I was so baffled as to why they in the first place offered a shitty room and say it’s an upgrade. Did they want to save our deluxe room and use it for another customer? Or were they just lazy to clean up after us so left the room untouched? If it weren’t for me to ask them to move back to my original reservation, I would’ve had paid a wrong amount for a wrong room and a wrong experience… also, the check out is 12pm when the app says it’s 1pm.

It was very good impression as my 1st times visiting in Korea because the hotel staffs were incredible friendly and helpful. However this is very difficult to get taxi as industry area. Overall is good for me and the hotel is valueable to stay.

Este hotel está situado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de autobús. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y una gran tienda en unos 10 minutos a pie. El inicio y la salida fueron un proceso muy sencillo. La oficina del frente no estaba equipada a tiempo completo después de 5. Aquí está el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado.

Great hotel, the spa suite tub is huge! Could fit in it side by side no problem! Only thing is they only stock the room with 1 large towel, so make sure when you arrive to ask for another large towel, and get one every morning if staying multiple days. Downtown of Pyeongtaek is only about 15 min drive. Taxis are hard to order since the hotel is located on the outer ends of the city. Great hotel all in all. Make sure tobhave google translator app on your phone for easier conversations and questions.
