Hotel staff were very good at giving directions on how to get to different locations. As the Hotel was far away from the city of Seoul it took a Long time to travel to the city of Seoul however the Hotel had a good view from the rooms and the staff were always helpful. Unfortunately the Hotel does not have a porter service to assist with luggage on arrival and departure.

청소년 딸아이와 하루를 묵었는데 주변 인프라는, 거북섬 자체의 건물들이 다 신축들이라 상가는 많이 없더라구요. 체크인은 카카오 톡으로 층수, 방 비번이 나오고 발코니 확장안한 오피스텔이더라구요. 차라리 발코니가 확장되었더라면 방이 훨씬 넓었겠다는 아쉬움. 객실이라고 말하기 민망한 방에 침대는 또 엄청 작아서 초6이랑 그냥 저냥 잤네요. 서울거주자인데 아이와 서울 구석구석, 지방 등 1~3박여행을 많이 다니는데 오피스텔을 개조해 호텔이라고 하는곳이 꽤 있더라구요. 그런곳들은 대부분 발코니, 주방이 다 차지해서 방이 답답하고 침대와 객실에는 투자가 되지않아 하룻밤의 꿀잠이 많이 아쉽더라구요. 방안에서 이것저것 해먹지도 않는데, 방자체가 평온한 ”객실”이 필요한 사람들에게는 완전 비추입니다. 그리고 조식은 방 가격에 포함되어 있는것으로 예약했는데 가격에 비해 크게 기대하지 않아서인지 가격대비 잘 나오고 맛도 있었다 생각됩니다.👍 하지만, 가격이 비싸다면 손님들이 느끼는바는 아주 큰 차이가 있을거라 생각됩니다. 아참, 그리고 화장실 문을 열고 닫을때 문 모서리를 꼭 주의하세요. 구조가 좋지 않아 모서리에 발을 분명 다치실것입니다.

Budget hotel with an old interior. Had a decent-sized HD TV and WIFI (the password is on the router). There was no ondol heating, but the bed did have an electric blanket and there was a space heater. There was a shower (no bathtub).

Disappointing 2nd stay. Room had a nice TV (4K), but the ondol heating was not on when I entered the room. It only became lukewarm later. The electric blanket was broken. I had to sleep wearing a jacket. It was far too cold.
