¡Mi segunda vez aquí para una estadía de una semana y las cosas estaban mejor de lo que recordaba! El personal me ayudó de manera proactiva con mis varios equipajes y el check-in temprano, el gel de baño y el acondicionador eran de buena calidad y me alegré de que me asignaran una habitación con vista a la vista principal de Pangyo ☺️☺️ mi primera opción para un viaje de negocios ya que mi oficina está A 30 minutos. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Como era mi primera vez en esta zona, reservé basándome en las reseñas. Hay muchos alojamientos similares cerca, y está próximo a una zona de ocio, así que al principio me sentí un poco nerviosa, pero nuestra habitación era tranquila mientras dormíamos, así que descansamos bien. El dueño es muy amable. Había pan, huevos duros, café, zumo y cereales disponibles para un desayuno rápido, lo cual fue muy útil al movernos por la mañana. El alojamiento en sí está limpio, pero había un ligero olor en el baño y la iluminación de la habitación era bastante tenue, lo cual resultaba un poco incómodo.

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

El personal es super agradable, la habitación está limpia. Dos centros comerciales cerca del hotel, es bastante agradable pasear.

Tenía curiosidad porque el nombre del hotel era Militopia, pero resultó ser un hotel construido por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Estaba ubicado en una zona tranquila de Wirye New Town, por lo que fue genial para un descanso. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el desayuno estaba delicioso. Había una parada de autobús urbano justo enfrente, por lo que era fácil llegar incluso si no tenías coche. ¡100% de intención de quedarme nuevamente!

Room is clean, but the shower and bathtub area is doorless with glass from ceiling down. The sitting toilet has a glass door. The location is convenient as there are many eating places but it is 40mins away from the usual tourist places. It is near the train station. There is Airport Express bus stop about 5-10 mins away, however, it is best to do a reservation for your departure.

Originally we booked for 4 nights but ended up extending it 3 times for a total of 9 nights, it’s so comfortable, clean and friendly that we just wanted to stay longer! After we checked out from here we went to Busan another more expensive hotel but we compared and missed this hotel so much, must go back to stay whenever I go Seoul again

Hello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea). First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway. Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

El jefe no está en la recepción, espera un rato. La actitud es buena, es que no está a menudo en la cama, sólo tiene que llamar. Aunque en el primer piso, vivir es muy cómodo, hay un ordenador competitivo, no funciona. El espacio no es grande, el aislamiento del sonido es general
