This year my wife and I went to Fukuoka for travel and celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary. We’ve stayed in 4 hotels, among which 1 Fukuoka was the best one. The hotel room was very grand with a balcony and an amazing city view. Location was very convenient as it was very close to the metro station. The hotel service was also outstanding. To give a surprise to my wife, I asked the hotel via emails to prepare an anniversary cake for us. The hotel staff brought it our room and help taking photos for us. I also need to mention the breakfast of the hotel. Their breakfast should be the best for all hotels I’d ever stayed in Japan. On the last day, I left some cash in the safe and checked out. Fortunately, the hotel staff sent me emails and asked me to come back to hotel. Million thanks for their kind service and help!

Wonderful location! A straight walk from Hakata Station (or you can take one stop on the subway). The hotel is right outside the subway station. Very short walk to Canal City too. A 24h pharmacy nearby with an AEON mart at the basement. There's good food around too. Really great location but if you stay the STAY ROOM type, please note that you will be facing a huge cemetery 🥲. It's mostly hidden by trees but you absolutely can see it. The hotel is right infront of the cemetery. Other room types won't get that view thankfully. There's a free to use public bath, free ice pops, and free to use microwave. Washing machine outside is paid per use. You can see the status from your room. STAY ROOM washing is free with detergent provided 👍 Service was great initially. Check in team aided with my requests. However, checkout team was not the best. I arrived at the counter, confused and in a rush but the team in the morning all stood behind the counter, leaning their backs to the wall. I utter a word of question and nobody came forward to help. I tried to figure it out myself, by slotting in the card, then finally someone came forward, no talk no acknowledgement, tapped some stuff - all in japanese - and then nothing. I was confused, then one of the English speaking stuff said ”all done”... I was very unimpressed with this service. Especially with the sight of all of them leaning against the wall when I obviously needed help. Really a downer to a good stay.

El hotel cuenta con tres tipos de habitaciones/cabañas: cápsulas regulares, cabañas privadas y cabañas privadas premium. Las cápsulas cuentan con un vestuario separado para guardar sus pertenencias; las cabañas privadas tienen su propio vestuario dentro, además de una mesa y una silla. El hotel estaba limpio y agradable; al registrarse, le entregan toallas y tickets para cada día de su estancia por si necesita cambiarse. Los artículos de aseo y la limpieza de la habitación son a petición. No puede usar los baños ni las duchas de 11:00 a 15:00 debido a la limpieza, pero puede usar libremente el salón con microondas, manga y agua caliente, y su propia cabaña/cápsula.

Stayed at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Hakata Central during my trip to Fukuoka and overall had a very comfortable experience. Location: The hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it extremely easy to get around the city or catch trains. One useful pro-tip: on the day we were leaving for the airport it was raining, and we discovered there is an underground passage connecting to the subway right next to the hotel. There is no clear signage from the hotel side, it just looks like a staircase going down to the basement but it connects directly to the underground network leading to the subway. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage. Room: The room felt quite spacious by Japanese standards. We were able to comfortably open 2 large suitcases, 1 medium suitcase, and 1 cabin luggage without feeling cramped. The bathroom was also relatively large, which is a nice plus compared to many business hotels in Japan. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay, especially if you plan to travel frequently via Hakata Station.

Had a 5 nights stay during my stay. The check-in and staff service was good. The facilities does not have a gym or pool as describle so it's fine. Breakfast starts from 630am to 10am, would be better if it can end later like 11am for late-sleepers. Overall location and experience was enjoyable as we opted for the non-cleaning option and just change of daily towels will do to have guaranteed privacy throughout our stay.

El hotel es el hotel más peor 4-star que he tenido en Fukuoka. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal estaba bien situado. Pero organizan mal el escritorio delantero: siempre una larga cola en el check-in. Under staffed and low efficiency. They installed self check-in machines but everyone using that ended up requesting staff attention. So, they are useless. El desayuno es pobre en el estándar japonés, tanto de calidad como de sabor. La cama es terrible. Puede imaginar un hotel 4-star, la cama está hecha de marco de acero barato. La mía se está agitando incluso cuando se está pendiente en ella! No se recomienda en general.

¡Ubicación excelente! El hotel está justo al lado de la estación de Hakata, lo que facilita enormemente los desplazamientos. La parada/terminal del autobús lanzadera al aeropuerto también está a pocos pasos, y el trayecto desde o hacia el aeropuerto de Fukuoka dura tan solo entre 20 y 25 minutos. Una ventaja inesperada fue el sillón de masaje en la habitación, perfecto para un viajero cansado después de un largo día. (Nota: no todas las habitaciones disponen de sillón de masaje, así que conviene consultarlo al reservar).

Muy buen lugar para quedarse y súper cerca de la estación de trenes, en esta zona te puedes mover rápido por la ciudad.

¡Excelente servicio del hotel! Nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje dos noches antes de registrarnos (ya que íbamos a hacer una excursión fuera de Fukuoka). La habitación es espaciosa para los estándares de un hotel japonés. El único inconveniente fueron las cortinas, que no parecen ser opacas. ¡El desayuno es bastante variado! La ubicación es conveniente, pero la salida de metro más cercana al hotel no tiene ascensor ni escaleras mecánicas. La famosa panadería Full Full y el restaurante Shin Shin Ramen están a solo unos minutos a pie del hotel.

La habitación es muy pequeña, y es un poco difícil para dos personas abrir sus maletas al mismo tiempo tuvimos que hacer turnos. Además, todo era muy bueno. El desayuno era abundante y variado. La gente de la ciudad se ha vuelto a la ciudad, pero no se ha vuelto a la ciudad.
