El Pier Intercontinental Yokohama 8 forma parte del complejo de terminal de crucero ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. Si conoce el Museo de Cup Noodle, entonces está detrás de él. También está a 10 minutos a pie del otro Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. Las estaciones más cercanas para ambos hoteles son la estación Minatomirai en la línea Minatomirai. 10 minutos a pie 8. Está en una buena ubicación con tiendas y restaurantes en Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk y el famoso almacén de Red Brick. El hotel es un edificio rectangular con una zona abierta en el centro (jardin) del edificio desde el nivel 3. Las habitaciones ”exteriores” son las habitaciones de la ciudad y de la bahía View, mientras que las habitaciones ”indoor” son las habitaciones de la jardin View. Hay también un jardín de techo donde se puede sentarse y relajarse en el sol. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado.

We stayed in two rooms as a family of 4 for 4 nights. Hotel is located in a good location for flights to and from HND airport. Multiple options are available to transfer to the hotel however the fastest and easiest option we found was to use the train, this was manageable with 2 large roller bags. The hotel is a short walk from Otorii station. We did use the hotel as a base for exploring Tokyo however it did add 1-2hr or travel each day that could have been avoided if staying in a centrally located hotel. We would defiantly stay again for a 1-2 night stay in Tokyo.

We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Me alojé aquí por seis noches y tuve una gran experiencia. La ubicación es realmente inmejorable. Si quieres dar un paseo tranquilo por Tokio, también puedes caminar hasta la Torre de Tokio, y puedes hacerlo en 40 minutos. Pasarás por las colinas de Azabutai en el camino. El servicio del hotel también es muy bueno. Los camareros son muy limpios y meticulosos. Hay máquinas de hielo, hornos microondas y palillos desechables en cada piso. Lo único que no me satisface es que. la habitación es realmente demasiado pequeña, no hay armario y el espacio para guardar cosas es demasiado limitado, pero la relación calidad-precio está aquí. Si vengo a Tokio la próxima vez, me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

Superb in all departments. Exceptionally clean and service from all staff members felt very special indeed. Tepanyaki chef prepared and unforgettable meal experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Beautiful view from the Room, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days.

Justo afuera de la puerta se encuentra la entrada del metro, restaurantes, cafés y casas de té japonesas. Cuando sales, hay dos 711 a la izquierda y a la derecha. Los distritos de negocios de los alrededores, como Ginza Mitsukoshi, Matsuya, etc., se encuentran a poca distancia. No está lejos de Nihonbashi. También está Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Takashimaya. Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊
