Very satisfied with my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama. The hotel was kind enough to allow a flexible and early check-in, which made a big difference after travelling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything I needed, especially in assisting my 72-year-old mum — their care and attentiveness really stood out. The location is only a stone’s throw away from Toyama Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The pyjamas were also surprisingly comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and will definitely stay here again if I visit Toyama in the future.

Mirando la fuerte nieve afuera, me sumerjo en la bañera y la disfruto mucho. Just a short walk from the exit of Toyama station, turn left then go up an escalator, the hotel is on the left. I stayed for a nite in Toyama. Before i checkout from hotel, I went to Iwasehama Beach. I was only managed to onboard a 0831 tram back to Toyama station. By the time I arrived @Toyama station it was 0901. Thank goodness i booked this hotel and without missing my train @0925 to Osaka. Highly recommended. If I am coming back to Toyama definitely will stay @this hotel again. In addition to this, lots of eateries around the hotel too.

Business hotel sized rooms. As other reviews said, they do not help keep luggage after check out. Please beware. Not that hard to find the hotel with the help of maps.

- 7/8 mins' walk away from the train station - Lawson really close downstairs - (paid) washing and drying machines - free edible ice - free coffee in the lobby - room relatively small but it was not a surprise as it was clearly displayed on the booking page - restroom actually relatively spacious compared to the room and good shower facilities

Nice room, local style. I enjoyed their breakfast which started serving from 6am, fit for me as I finished it and left the hotel before 7am. Good arrangement.

The hotel location is close to the other tourist spots although slightly far for a walk from Toyama station. Staff is kind and polite. The AC in the room was slow. Rest of the facilities and provided amenties were great. There's a microwave as well in case you want to reheat your food.

El servicio es bueno, el jefe es de Taiwán, nos ayuda mucho, pero las instalaciones de la habitación son más antiguas, la habitación es más oscura, el baño público es muy pequeño, el baño es mejor en su habitación.
