The hotel is located near Matsue station. The front desk agents were very polite and did their best to talk to me, despite my very broken Japanese. Guests are given a locker, protected by a keycard. The locker itself was good enough for me, who took only a conventional backpack and a pair of shoes, but might not be enough for those who are not traveling light like that. The bathrooms were shared and quite clean, fully furnished with amenities for showers and personal hygiene. WiFi was included and it was quite decent for general use, even when inside the shared bedroom. The bed capsule had a pillow and a blanket, lights and power outlets for phones. I had more space than I imagined, enough for me to sit on the bed. The only downside of this room type was air circulation, probably due to the hot climate that's been the standard here in Japan lately, but I think the fans could work more efficiently or the capsules could use an AC outlet. Other than that, I recommend this location and will certainly stay with them again.

Excelente hotel onsen rodeado de un hermoso jardín. El personal del hotel es agradable y muy servicial, aunque me gustaría que pudieran encontrar más trabajadores que hablen inglés. La habitación está limpia y la comida es deliciosa. ¡Ojalá hubiera podido pasar más tiempo en el hotel! ¡Definitivamente volveré a disfrutar!

フロントの方の対応から全て快適なサービスでした。 大浴場がない代わりに入浴剤を頂き、細やかなサービスは嬉しいです。 駅前なので、地元の居酒屋で食を堪能できました。

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate. There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

El hotel se renovó por el antiguo hotel. La recepción es pequeña, pero el hall tiene una mesa y un sofá, donde se puede beber. La habitación ya está decorada y el baño es el último. Las paredes no pueden renovarse, por lo que inevitablemente escuchará la voz y la voz de los pasillos y del pasillo, pero no hay problema cuando me quedo. The location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.

ゆっくりとした滞在ができました！ お風呂は隣の旅館のお風呂も相互に入れるので、楽しめました！！ 丁寧な対応で素敵でした。

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación de Matsue. Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos a pie del mirador del atardecer en el lago Shinji. Hay un 7-Eleven en la planta baja y muchos izakayas (tabernas japonesas) en la calle frente a la estación. Fue una estancia estupenda.
