El tercer día, teníamos planeado ir al outlet y fui a preguntar por el transporte, y me encontré de nuevo con Jason. Fue muy atento y me ayudó a buscar la información en internet. Instalaciones: El único inconveniente es que no había loción corporal en la habitación, lo cual me sorprendió. Ambiente: Estaba muy contento con la orientación de la habitación, se veía la noria y los viernes y sábados por la noche, las luces de la noria brillaban hasta tarde. El desayuno también era genial, podías comer sashimi bowl y helado todas las mañanas, ¡fue muy satisfactorio!

El hotel y la habitación son perfectos para una persona. Con el baño público interno, puede relajar su cuerpo antes y después de un largo día. Disfruto mucho de mi estancia aquí con una linda vista de la habitación y todas las instalaciones disponibles. La información en la televisión también es útil, mostrando el estado de la congestión para el baño público y el desayuno. En general, estoy muy feliz de haberme quedado cinco noches aquí. La ubicación está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses en la salida norte de la estación de Sapporo, lo cual es una ventaja para aquellos que toman un recorrido de un día que necesitan reunirse en el punto, a solo 7 minutos a pie. También hay una tienda conveniente 711 justo abajo y Starbucks también.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Had great stay at this Hotel located across the train station. All the facilities and amenities were excellent , Breakfast at the top floor was excellent with so many options to choose . Staffs and everything was fantastic.

1. Hotel located near Odori Park metro station 2. Surrounded with many eating houses and the famous shopping street Tanukikojo Streets are also just few minutes walk from the hotel. 3. Hotel lobby and hotel restaurant are located in main building, and our room were in 2nd building. 4. There were coin-operated washer+dryer in some of the floors hence which is quite convenience for guests to use. 5. Breakfast were so so. 6. I have stayed in Holiday Inn hotel many times (1st time in Japan) and this is the 1st time i see Dove brand for shower and hair shampoo. Overall the hotel met my expectations.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience that suited my travel style perfectly. The hotel is located in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo’s most vibrant entertainment and dining district, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. It is about a five to seven minute walk from Susukino Subway Station, giving easy access to other parts of Sapporo, including Odori Park and Sapporo Station. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, ramen shops, convenience stores, cafes, and nightlife spots, so finding something to eat at any hour is never a problem. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the hotel itself feels calm and secure once inside. The room was compact, as expected for a Japanese city hotel, but it was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. I stayed in a standard room, which had a comfortable bed, a small desk, a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. There was enough space to open a medium-sized suitcase, although travelers with very large luggage might find it slightly tight. The bathroom was clean and functional, with a combined bathtub and shower unit, along with basic toiletries provided. Water pressure was good, and hot water was consistent, which was especially appreciated during the colder Hokkaido weather. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory. Housekeeping maintained the room well, and the common areas such as the lobby and hallways were tidy. The staff members were polite and professional, and while not all were fluent in English, communication was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and quick. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which featured a mix of Japanese and Western options. There were rice dishes, miso soup, grilled fish, salads, bread, eggs, and several local Hokkaido ingredients. It was a convenient way to start the day, especially before heading out for sightseeing. The hotel also offers practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry machines, vending machines, and luggage storage services. These facilities make it especially suitable for mid-length stays or travelers moving between cities. Overall, Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino delivers solid value for money. While it is not a luxury property, it provides comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for an affordable and well-located hotel in Sapporo.

Perfect Location. So close to the Subway and the Curry House downstairs is a bonus. So close to all stores and restaurants. The home itself is absolutely Fantastic. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Perfectly set out to make a great stay for the Japanese Home Experience. Thank you Eternal! We will return next trip to Japan
