The location, services & cleanliness and facilities were very superb. But the rooms were just too small and uncomfortable. We could not put 2 pieces of 24-inch luggage. Unable to move much Breakfast & the bath were good & its beauriful exterior was nice to hang out but the rooms weren’t good to rest. Staff were great & breakfast was also very good. Overall it’s a good experience.

Probably one of the best stay i had this year. Well located and close to the central attractions. All the staff are lovely and drinks are nice. But the duplex room is definitely the best.

新しいホテルと聞いていたので、清潔感はかなり期待していきました、場所が私にはとてもありがたかったのですが、大浴場に朝入ったら塩素の匂いがきつかったのが残念です。

We are a family travelling with 3 kids so we drive a car, and factored in luggage space. 1) Vessel hotel has hands-down one of the best beds ever! We checked and realised it was a Simmons mattress so the beds really offered us deep & restful sleep!! Love this! 2) The carpark was right outside the hotel so it was super convenient not having to walk up & down diff storeys to take things from car. We returned to hotel ard 10pm on 1 night & there were no more parking lots! We’d have to park at a multi-storey building that was 12mins walk away, which wld have been v convenient. 3) The breakfast was yummy. We went in summer & enjoyed the Barazushi (Okayama special during festivals) & the rice was sweet, salty, flavourful, and delicious with prawn, eggs, eel, lotus roots (see pic). Really yummy! Try it 4) Hotel staff were very helpful! We asked for an extra luggage stand so we wldnt need to bend too low & they brought it immediately. 5) There’s a big supermarket just across the road with cheap groceries that we stocked up on for our road trip. 6) If you intend to drive, this is a highly recommend hotel in Kurashiki!! Wld stay here again! It was great!

La habitación está en una habitación, pero en realidad la cama es más una cama doble, creo, lo suficientemente grande para un par. El ciego era tan poderoso que bloqueó casi toda la luz, cuando me desperté pensé que aún era muy temprano por la mañana, pero en realidad ya era 9:00! No hay quejas, parece un hotel relativamente más nuevo, muy cerca de la estación de tren y a una distancia de paseo a la zona de bikan y el centro de salida, recomendado!

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, con vistas al puente del mar interior de Seto y a la puesta de sol. La cena y el desayuno también fueron geniales. Solo se necesitan cinco minutos para caminar hasta el parque Washiwayama, que se encuentra al lado.

Era un hotel muy limpio y agradable. Faltaban algunos artículos de aseo, pero cuando contacté con recepción, me los trajeron enseguida. También me proporcionaron palillos desechables para las comidas, lo cual fue muy útil. Aunque era antes de la hora de entrada, amablemente guardaron mi equipaje en recepción. El té de la tarde también estaba delicioso. La ubicación, justo al lado del Barrio Histórico de Bikan y de fácil acceso, era fantástica.

Small chill hotel, 4min from the train station, free dinner in there evening. Booked this place because I wanted to go see the nearby bridge view - the hotel had great last minute availability and a free dinner after a day of sightseeing was a welcome surprise! I went to Kurashiki next morning and the direct bus leaves from a bus stop 2min away from the hotel - super convenient.

The hotel is located very close to JR Kurashiki station and also to the Bikan Historical Quarter. There's no shortage of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room I chose was very tight but decent for the price. What I missed was storage room, and also a table or drawers for smaller personal belongings, since my bag and stuff like wallets and phones either had to stay over the bed or on the floor. The hotel could also use a retrofit since the paintings and carpets are showing some age. I did enjoy my stay there but only considering the price I paid and also the fact that I didn't spend much time inside my room. For solo travelers on a budget who are only looking for a bed to sleep at night, this hotel is good enough.
