Hoteles cerca de Parque Kōrakuen, Okayama

After a busy day of traveling by plane and Shinkansen, I was able to relax and refresh in this private room. It was a same-day reservation, since I needed a place to stay briefly for the night, so the self-check in was incredibly convenient and stress-free. All of the amenities were clean and easy to use. The neighborhood is quiet and a convenient distance from the station, which made it simple to check out and continue on my travels. For solo travelers or two people who want a place that feels like hom, I would highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel in the middle of town. Easy to find with welcome and warm hospitality. Lots of good restaurants around. Hotel close by drainage canal, we could walk and see a beautiful cherry blossom.

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Me alojé en una habitación individual para no fumadores. La habitación estaba limpia y perfecta. El personal de recepción también fue amable y me causó una buena impresión. El ascensor también estaba cerca. Está un poco lejos de la estación. No es demasiado lejos para ir andando, pero como hacía calor y llevaba equipaje, tomé el autobús frente a la estación. Está a un paso de la parada. El autobús llega rápido. Está justo al lado del edificio Sanyo Shimbun, así que es fácil de encontrar, y está a solo una esquina de la calle principal, así que no hay que preocuparse por el ruido del tráfico. Creo que la ubicación es buena.

Very nice place and amazing people!  I didnt know that was in a neightborhood so amazing.

This is a slightly dated hotel in the middle of Okayama. While location wise it is very centre, the distance from the station is an awkward 1.2km walk, which is just outside of walking distance especially when with suitcases. The breakfast is great but sometimes the staff get overwhelmed and the trays are not cleaned thoroughly. The hotel does not offer a lot facility-wise, with a laundry room appropriate for business travelers.

The hotel located perfectly. Not so far from the Okayama Station. And there are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. You also can reach Okayama castle by walk (about 20-25 minutes) The room is very clean. The bed are great. We rested really well after long walks. There is only one flaw: it's impossible to open the window. But it's not a big deal. The reception staff are also perfect. Although they may not know English well, they're still absolutely ready to help with any question, including sending the baggage to our next hotel. The breakfast was also good. We'd definitely stay here one more time.

A poca distancia de la estación de Okayama, pero cerca del centro comercial AEON. El hotel no tiene nombre en inglés en el sitio web, así que mejor usar Google Maps. El check-in fue rápido, empieza exactamente a las 4 PM. El desayuno y la cena son gratuitos. La habitación es grande para los estándares japoneses. Me alojé dos noches como base para mi itinerario por Kurashiki y Takamatsu.

Puedo pasar un tiempo de relax con los estudiantes de secundaria y secundaria en una habitación rara, llamada tres camas. Las instalaciones de la cocina están completas, como platos y sofás, por lo que puedo comer en el interior sin problemas.

Creo que vale la pena. Creo que es bueno para quienes quieren dormir y tomar el baño. Me siento incómodo con la puerta de la habitación. Si hay una mesa o un cesto en el momento, que puede poner ropa y toallas, es bueno, pero es una lástima, porque sólo una toalla es difícil de usar.
