I am very pleased with my stay in this hotel! The hotel is easy to find with driving, and I could park in the parking garage across at 1000 yen per day. The check in was fast and front desk staff speaks so English and very helpful. The hotel location is excellent and is right across from the Wakayama castle. The hotel is very new, and the beddings and furnitures all in excellent condition. There’s 10% discount for all the restaurants inside the building which I enjoyed and it was nice to have a walk in the castle park in evening time as it is a very safe neighborhood. Only area to improve is the lack of amenities provided at 3rd floor reception. Overall I recommend this hotel!

Está justo encima de la estación de la ciudad de Nankai Wakayama. Es muy conveniente. Está al lado de la biblioteca y del supermercado. Me gusta mucho este hotel. Si quieres quedarte en el hotel sin salir, ¡es muy cómodo y satisfactorio!

The location is pefect, only 2mins walking to a Shopping Complex, where you can buy cheaper food in the food street. Basically we are going thru the Shopping Complex from the hotel to train/ bus station, a lil bit confused in the first place, but get used to it after few attempts. We couldnt buy the ticket for the movies in the TV from the ticket machine, and the Netflix is not allowable in the room, so we end up watching the Japanese shows without subtitle. The complementary breakfast is average, its convenient for you, but do not expect it to be a very satisfying one.

Very convenient as it is very close to the train station. Hotel is a little older, but overall was a good stay.

The room is huge which is out of our expectation, lots of spaces for luggage, the room got everything you need which camee to our surprise, like cables with various plug, different texture if rubber band, all sort of facial care, and different flavours of body shower, shampp and conditioner etc. theres even a supply station at the lobby if you still find not enough; as well as a drinks machine, which u can get coffee, matcha, chocolate and so on, it really made our day. The hotel is around 15 mins walk from JR station, there is convenient shop nearby, it wont be a big problem if you drive, theres a free parking at the hotel as well.

It was a stunning experience, excellent services and cleanliness, spectacular view of the sunset while sitting in the hot bath. Also very impressed by Japanese style breakfast & dinner and the room. Thanks for the beautiful memories

Habitación amplia, bañera, comodidades ilimitadas en la planta baja, magníficas vistas al castillo, cerca de la estación, pocas preguntas en el vestíbulo, se pueden traer invitados y damas, etc. El número 1 en Wakayama. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Very nice hotel, love the facilities so much Esp the free massage chair n lounge area, felt very cozy We miss the welcome drink at 9pm. Understanding that it can’t redeem back, it’s good to have a option for client , like swap with soft drink etc Overall hotel staff are nice n attentive, food quality is good also

El servicio del dueño del hotel es generalmente un poco incómodo. El número de teléfono registrado en la máquina de alojamiento no es mi número de teléfono. No lo he registrado. No sé qué sucede. El jefe dijo que era un problema muy grave. Además, quiero cancelar mi reserva por el dolor, pero porque no hay cancelación y reembolso de la orden, incluso si la plataforma y el jefe pasaron por el jefe o se negaron firmemente, me siento un poco mal, sólo puedo ir ahí para quedarme el día  Instalaciones: hay un cojinete, poco espacio, la mesa de cama es madera, la cama está limpia, hay luces y vientos pequeños en la cabeza de la cama, y el conector de la bobina puede ser usado para cargar USB. Hay dos mesa en la sala de estar, lavabos, toallas de lavabo para lavar los brazos, toallas de dientes únicas, cajas de almacenamiento, toallas de agua caliente para limpiar el agua. El entorno es de 10 minutos limpio, no hay mucha gente cuando estoy en el estadía, sólo dos o tres camas están en el
