Almost everything was in tip top condition including our requests for a vegetarian dunner and breakfast for one of our friends. Perhaps a hostess more fluent in english would have been helpful but anyway she was most gracious, attentive and courteous. The amenities, food and service were really great!

Hotel estupendo. Nuevo, moderno, con todo detalle. Habitación estupenda con futones y edredones comodisimos, onsen maravilloso con salida al exterior, piedras, maderas, sauna, bañera fría, y todo tipo de detalles,  experiencia inmejorable. Cena y desayuno tipo buffet con todo tipo de comida japonesa y occidental. Zona de juegos para disfrutar y reírse un rato.  Tranquilo, y acogedor. Solamente el cuarto de baño de la habitación estaba bastante anticuado, nada que ver con todo el resto del hotel, pero sinceramente, fue lo de menos. Lo recomiendo mucho para recargar fuerzas.

I love this hotel service are excellent Location are perfect to connect to the natural and the town are so beautiful and peaceful people are nice and kind even they not speak English but we used translate very happy to see all of them

Rooms (3/5): For a family of 3 the room was relatively spacious and had no trouble handling us and our luggage. There is a decent amount of wall plugs with 2 in the room and a third in the seating area. They also give an extension cable with 2 sockets and 2 usb ports. The toilet is spacious and the bath is decent in size. Overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing. Service (4/5): Service was exceptional, the receptionist introduced the hotel to us well and they had several pamphlet guides from how to wear a yukata to how to behave in an onsen and several others which was nice to havw. When leaving the onsen by car, they also wave until you are out of sight which is a small cherry on the top. Facilities (4/5): They have 2 onsens, mens and ladies which alternate daily. I only had the joy of trying one of them which was lovely and had a small cold bath outside which is a plus in my book. In the mainlobby they also have free flow non alcoholic drinks through a dispenser, having hot drinks like tea and coffee and cold calpis, coke, sprite, orange juice and water. Had a nice time after the onsen grabbing something sweet and cold then sitting in the lounge to cool off. Food (3/5): The dinner was lovely. They served a variety of food with the steamed horse mackeral standing out (this is coming from a person who does not like fish that is cooked besides when its battered). The seaweed and miso based paste also went lovely with the rice. Breakfast was also decent but nothing outstanding besides the pudding at the end. Overall 3.5/5: If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just really want to kick back and relax this is the place to be. For me, this Ryokan is worth visiting again if I ever pass by. Nothing extremely exceptional but overall enjoyable experience.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful river. Large georgeous room. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel.

I got room 510 which is massive! The public bath and outdoor onsens are perfect. The dinner and breakfast buffet options are bountiful. Free flow of soft drinks and alcohol over selected time periods.

La habitación que reservé estaba en la primera planta y tenía una piscina privada de aguas termales. Mientras me relajaba en las aguas termales, pude disfrutar de la hermosa vegetación 😊 El murmullo del arroyo, el croar de las ranas y el canto de los insectos creaban un hermoso paisaje sonoro ambiental, una escena matutina llena del poder curativo de la naturaleza.

Este es un hotel vacacional. Aunque un poco antiguo, la limpieza es aceptable y ¡hay aguas termales gratis! El desayuno se sirve antes de las 10:00. Hay un amplio estacionamiento gratuito, ¡ideal para quienes conducen! Las habitaciones con vista al lago tienen hermosas vistas.

El hotel es más remoto y es más adecuado para los viajeros automáticos. Esta vez no me gusta con mis amigos. Entramos en un autobús de aproximadamente media hora en la estación de calor de Gazhou. Es fácil encontrarlo. El hotel de la mañana siguiente también tiene un servicio especial que nos lleva del hotel a la estación de calor de Gazhou. El hotel es muy grande, la habitación es también muy grande, el estilo japonés, una experiencia muy buena, el calor es al aire libre y interior, el calor al aire libre es excelente, está completamente atrapado en los bosques, una experiencia excelente!

Durante nuestra estancia de 2 noches, los desayunos N cenas fueron maravillosos, aireado y saborosos! El servicio de autobús de la nave es una gran ayuda.
