It is the best hotel I’ve ever been. Staff is polite, adorable and helpful. Spa zone is awesome. Relaxation zone is cool too. Cubicles are comfortable and quiet. Common area is also great. If I could live there a month I would have done it. Highly recommend!

We were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay. The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving. For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.

Alquilado bicicletas por 24hpurs por sólo 1000 cada. Trabajó perfectamente bien. Aprovechó el salón que tenía una hermosa atmósfera. I had an excellent stay at the Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it one of the best nights' sleep I've had during my trip. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many popular attractions reachable within an hour's drive, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. What impressed me most was the staff. They were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality.

La habitación es grande y limpia, cospa es muy buena. El desayuno también es satisfactorio. Yo y un amigo pedí dos habitaciones individuales, pero me asignaron una habitación, una habitación en el mar y en la montaña. Hay una diferencia absoluta en la visión, por lo que, en este caso, si las montañas y el mar están en las mismas condiciones, me gustaría mucho.

Khách sạn gần ga, mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, nhà tắm rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Xung quanh khách sạn có combini và quán ăn ngon. Nhân viên vệ sinh cũng rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Nên thử quán cafe macolinne và quán Pho Hanoi ở gần khách sạn.

Me encantó este hotel. El personal fue muy atento, el check-in fue rápido y la habitación era amplia e impecable. La cercanía a la estación fue uno de los puntos fuertes, ya que pude moverme por toda la ciudad y el lago. Muy buena relación calidad-precio y una estancia perfecta.
