Limpieza y comodidades de primera. Me encantó cómo mantienen la propiedad limpia e higiénica. El personal es muy amable y servicial, y la ubicación es tranquila. Hay bicicletas gratuitas para recorrer los alrededores, y el entorno es muy tranquilo y verde.

El mejor trato que pude tener, no existio ningun problema y el hotel maravilloso con unas vistas hermosas. El personal atento todo el tiempo y la comida como el show de entretenimiento excelente. El mejor hotel en que he estado.

Received the instructions to check in days before our stay, and instructions are super clear. The house is very clean, and comes with everything we need - stove, washer and other basics. Ground floor is the living hall and bathroom, upstairs there’s one bedroom and outer area where are floor bed are placed. We went there with average temperature of 4 degrees so the floor were freezing cold and it took a while to activate the heat. Location wise pretty good, right opposite there’s a 7-11, and down the street 10-15 mins walk there’s the Hikawa Clock Shop, but we don’t see any restaurant nearby maybe because we were there during New Year closure

Está muy cerca de la estación de Fujisan y hay autobuses a varios lugares. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, pero no vayan al restaurante de sushi Grandpa and Grandma de al lado. No hay lista de precios y son altos. 30 piezas de nigiri costaron 18.000 yenes. Me sentí estafado. El pescado estaba bueno. Todo el edificio parecía construido con una estructura de hierro. La habitación estaba en el segundo piso y se accedía a ella por una escalera de hierro lateral. No se entraba por la puerta de la foto y yo nunca había entrado por ese lado. El contacto principal es la abuela que construyó una tienda de té junto a las escaleras. La habitación está completamente equipada con microondas, nevera, calefactor, almohadilla térmica, inodoro y baño. Al abrir la ventana se puede ver el monte Fuji. Las desventajas son el aislamiento acústico y la diferencia de temperatura.

I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

La ubicación de la villa pasa desapercibida pero no es gran cosa. Todo es increíble: espacio, servicio, desayuno y ambiente. Muy acogedor y hogareño. Nos encantó mucho 🤍

Muchas personas negran esta gente, digo unas palabras justas. Primero, el dueño de la casa es una tía, tiene un poco de inglés, no chino, y me habla inglés cuando se inscribe. Porque es en la familia, hay más reglas, como no fumar, lavar la toalla en la cesta, tratar de calmar más después de las 11:00, tomar el desayuno y hacer platos, etc. Viví con dos personas con mi hijo, y estas reglas no son un gran problema para nosotros, por lo que en general me siento bien. Y porque me quedé antes de las ocho de la noche, el propietario envió el desayuno, con pan, huevos de mesa, salsa, salsa, sabor muy bueno.

Llegué tarde por la noche desde la estación de Fuji y tuve que pagar 3700 yenes por un taxi. Me sorprendió mucho llegar, ya que la casa estaba en una colina y la calle estaba muy oscura. Le pedí al taxista que esperara mientras bajaba a mirar. Por suerte, las luces estaban encendidas y encontré a la anfitriona esperándonos para darnos una cálida bienvenida, aunque ya era tarde. La dueña ya había preparado agua caliente y nos preguntó a qué hora queríamos bañarnos. Incluso nos guió a un pequeño onsen. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y amable. Aunque el lugar parecía un poco intimidante por la noche desde fuera, el interior era muy cálido y acogedor. Cuando me desperté a la mañana siguiente, me sentí completamente descansada. La habitación estaba limpia y la hospitalidad de la anfitriona hizo que toda la experiencia valiera la pena. Sentí que el dinero que gasté valió totalmente la pena; no solo me trajo comodidad, sino también hermosos recuerdos. El ambiente era como estar en una casa de vacaciones en el campo: tranquilo, apacible y reconfortante. Si planeas alquilar un coche, sin duda te recomiendo este lugar. Hay aparcamiento y no hay aglomeraciones. ¡Lo recomiendo de verdad!
