Best Western Plus Hotel Chitose – Convenient Airport Stay with Mixed Service My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Chitose this week. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes from New Chitose Airport, and the taxi ride cost roughly $30 USD, which made travel very convenient. Our arrival experience wasn’t the strongest start. We arrived around 2:00 pm and were told our room was ready but that we would need to pay an additional fee to check in one hour early. They held our luggage while we waited in the lobby, and about 10 minutes before official check-in time they offered to let us in to our room (10 minutes early) as a “favor.” Since the room was already prepared, this felt unnecessary and didn’t set the most welcoming tone to charge us. Even simply delivering our luggage to the room while we explored would have been appreciated. The room itself was quite good. It was clean (besides couch stain and shower smudge), relatively spacious by Japanese standards, and stocked with the usual thoughtful amenities common in Japan. The beds were comfortable, and having three pillows per bed was a nice touch. The soaps also felt high quality. The TV is not placed at an angle that makes it easy to watch from the bed, only the couch but we didn’t use it or this living room area. The location is another plus, with several restaurants, Seven-11 and shops within easy walking distance. Service was somewhat inconsistent. The concierge provided a map with recommendations but mentioned being new to the area and couldn’t share much additional insight. When we asked the night desk attendant about nearby places serving Japanese soufflé pancakes for breakfast, she suggested waiting for the hotel café to open at 10:00 am, even though they don’t actually serve pancakes, which wasn’t especially helpful. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the airport with reliable WiFi. Just don’t expect highly proactive hospitality or detailed local recommendations beyond the basics.

I didn’t have high expectations due to the reasonable price. We chose this hotel for its location near the airport, as we had a very early morning flight, and for the free airport shuttle service. The bathroom was surprisingly large, clean, and very comfortable.

All amenities, room, and facility are OK. They has a small Onsen tub. I stayed here to plan to get to the airport in the morning fast. It is only 2 stations away from New Chitose Airport and very close to Chitose station in 1 mins walk. Pretty expensive during snow festival tho.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow. There is also a shopping mall near the hotel, along with a large shoe plaza offering many options at reasonable prices. The staff there were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I booked this hotel as I needed to fly out early from Chitose. Overall I would stay again. I arrived at 12pm but wasn't able to check in until 3pm but my luggage could be stored. The rooms are SMALL but practical, no complaints. The TV has all the local stations - couldn't find any english stations. It is closeby the train station and shopping mall, so easy to go out and grab a bite to eat. I noticed that the airline crew were staying here as well. As I had skis with me, I couldn't take the free shuttle provided, but the staff were kind enough to book a taxi for me.

一泊だけさせていただきました。 当日はちょうど雪が降っており、外はかなり冷えていましたが、ロビーはもちろん、部屋の中も暖かく、綺麗に清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシやバスタオル、ドライヤーなど、アメニティ用品も充実しており、特に不自由しませんでした。 強いていうなら、ベッド上のコンセントがスマホの充電器、ドライヤー共にしっかり差し込んでも効きが悪く、やむなくテレビ横にあったコンセントを使いました。 総評として、気持ちよく泊まることができたので、また機会があれば泊まってみたいです。

El hotel más cercano al nuevo aeropuerto de Chitose. Cuesta ¥2060 tomar un taxi y el hotel reembolsará ¥1000. Dicen que hay servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto, pero ahora están publicados los horarios y las plazas de aparcamiento. El vestíbulo del hotel es enorme y se publican servicios gratuitos. En cuanto a las habitaciones, todo el mundo conoce los hoteles japoneses...

Está a una estación JR del nuevo aeropuerto de Chitose y es un hotel perfecto para una siesta corta. Se recomienda tomar el autobús desde el aeropuerto, el precio es 2/3 más barato que JR. Aunque la habitación es pequeña, la distribución es razonable. Mi hijo lo llama un maestro en el diseño del espacio. El desayuno está incluido. Aunque no hay muchas variedades, el sabor es bueno y se puede comer bastante. Además del servicio de autobús del hotel al aeropuerto, también hay uno a la estación JR. Aunque sólo se necesitan unos diez minutos para llegar andando, sigue siendo muy cansador arrastrar las maletas por la nieve.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.

I have stayed both of my trip in this hotel last year and this year. 1. There is a izakaya (居酒屋) opposite and its taste good. The Q is long but worth it. 2. This hotel provide shutter bus to new Chitose airport. There are certain timing for the bus. Remember to registered at the front desk 3. The breakfast spread was similar to what most hotel offer. 4. There is free public onsen available. 5. Free coffee and other amenities are available at the ground floor. 6. In front is the JR train station.
