Es un hotel nuevo al lado de la estación de monorraíl. La habitación está limpia y ordenada. Sirven el desayuno, lo cual es agradable. La cafetería es muy elegante y es ideal para pasar el tiempo leyendo y relajándose mientras se toma un café. Hay un baño público, lo cual es bueno para relajar los músculos después de un largo día al aire libre.

Solo hace falta una persona para arruinar una estancia, pero esta vez fueron dos mujeres chinas mayores, egoístas y neuróticas, las que entraron a la habitación muy tarde por la noche haciendo mucho ruido, hablando y desordenando el equipaje. Al mencionarles la molestia, una de las mujeres mayores se enfadó. Esa misma mujer siguió manteniéndome despierta hasta las 2:16 a.m., manipulando equipaje con cremalleras en la cama y dejando caer objetos pesados sobre la madera encima de mi cama. Una total falta de consideración por lo tarde que era, y creo que lo hizo con deliberación ya que continuó durante horas después de que me quejara. Luego, después de hacer el check-in, una mujer africana dejó que su novio entrara en el dormitorio de mujeres y se quedara obstruyendo la entrada, hablando y entrando en la habitación. Esa misma mujer africana y su novio estuvieron sentados en el tocador exclusivo para mujeres durante horas. Claramente no respetaban los límites y, sin embargo, nadie dijo nada. La mujer africana puso todas sus cosas en mi área de la habitación, la cual yo mantenía despejada, y no cerca de su propia cama. Una noche muy molesta y perturbadora. No es culpa del hostal. Normalmente todo es tranquilo aquí.

Wifi, personal amable, ambiente limpio, huéspedes respetuosos, ubicación conveniente con izakayas, restaurantes, tiendas y la estación de tren cerca. A solo unas paradas del aeropuerto y la estación de Miebashi (puerto de Tomari para quienes toman el ferry). El baño público fue relajante y agradable después de un largo día. Se proporcionan toallas y artículos de aseo. Muy recomendable, especialmente para viajeros solos con presupuesto limitado.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

Buen hotel y buena gestión. La habitación es espaciosa, la ubicación es excelente y está a solo un minuto a pie del monorraíl. DONKI, 7-11 y Family Mart también están al lado. Elegiré quedarme de nuevo si voy a Okinawa.

Este es un muy buen hotel. El precio es asequible y razonable. Está ubicado a unos 10 minutos en taxi del Aeropuerto Internacional de Naha (unos 1800 yenes). Hay una estación de monorraíl a unos 10-12 minutos a pie. El hotel ofrece desayuno por un cargo adicional, aunque yo me encargo de preparar mi propio desayuno. Además, hay dos sucursales de alquiler de coches de Orix cerca, a poca distancia a pie, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto si necesitas alquilar un coche para explorar Okinawa. En general, disfruté mucho de la estadía.

Review of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

Tanto la ubicación como el alojamiento son muy buenos, lo único que no nos gusto nada es que al llegar al alojamiento no había nadie por ningun lado y tuvimos que buscar mil maneras para poder hacer el check in, ya que tuvimos que ir a otro Mr. Kinjo para que nos diera las llaves pars entrar a la habitación,por lo demás bien.
