We are a group of family with a young child (8yo.). Appreciate your warm welcome to us. Though we cannot speak Japanese, i think there was no big communication issue - with a Google translator. This ryokan provided all that I have imagined about Ryokan experience in Japan. I personally feel that this place is very very authentic, comparing to several ryokans that i have been to. The food is spectacular as everyone state. i was amazed more by the traditional hospitality!! 한국인 후기가 없는 것 같아 적어둠 : 엄청난 환대를 느꼈습니다. 아오모리에 가는 분들은 방문 후보로 고려하세요. 해산물을 좋아하는 이들에게는 정말 천국. 고양이가 좋다면 플러스. 노천탕은 없지만 작은 탕에 사람이 없으면 프라이빗한 느낌이라 이것도 좋았습니다.

今回が初めての宿泊でした 34年前に1人で自家用車を運転して盛岡方面から奥入瀬渓流を通りヒバ千人風呂、地獄沼、まんじゅうふかしなど しかしその日の宿泊は青森でした 今回は夫婦でゆっくりのつもりで八甲田ホテルを予約 古い由緒あるホテルですので古さも感じますが、至る所に清潔感を感じます　スタッフの対応は申し分ありません　アメニティも充実、洗濯物の袋・歯ブラシの柔らかさなど至る所に気遣いが感じられます 近くへのアクセスも送迎バスを使って対応してくれ不便さはありません とても静かな環境でゆったりできました 今回は初雪でビックリ‼️しましたがイイ思い出となりました 早速来年またどこかで、今度は連泊予定にしたいかなと

The overall experience was positive. The breakfast was adequate and good and eventho was until 9am, they allow you to eat breakfast past the time. The checkout time was a tad early at 10am. There are 2 nice restaurants next to hotel and Lawson convenience store nearby and a shopping place too. The best part is we could park our car for free right in front of the hotel. Its located not far from Aomori airport and you could rent a car at the airport, which is right out the gate of the airport. U can book thru Trip for your rental car. The room itself was comfortable. Bed was good, but there was a bad smoking smell all round the room. Luckily there was a filter machine in the room. Room was a bit dark and space was not much to put luggage but adequate. There is a bath tub that i could bath in which was good. They also provide free bathhouse service for guest. The only thing that could be improved is to provide free drinking water to the guest. There is no hot water and no free drinking water. You have to buy from vending machine downstairs.

Less than 5 mins walk to and from JR Shin-Aomori Station (East exit) which also houses the Aomori Tourist Information Centre. I chose to stay near this JR Shin-Aomori station instead of JR Aomori station as the shinkansen doesn’t go to JR Aomori station. I need to take the shinkansen early in the morning on the following day to go to Akita and then transfer to the Akita shinkansen to head to my next accommodation in Tazawako. From JR Shin-Aomori station, it’s convenient to take limited express trains direct to Hirosaki station to visit Hirosaki Castle and Park. It’s also a short journey to JR Aomori station which is where the city centre of Aomori is located. Other than the F&B shops within Shin-Aomori station which close very early around 8pm if I recall correctly, there aren’t any F&B shops around the hotel. Both Family Mart and Lawsons convenience stores are located a few mins walk from the South exit of the train station which is located on the other end of the station.

El servicio es muy bueno, la cena llena de una mesa, rica en increíble, la ex-buena que envía comida a la habitación es una expresión entusiasta de comida y comida, por supuesto japonesa, el inglés no es básicamente adecuado. Un hotel muy grande y bonito, cerca de las calles comerciales. Está limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Son muy amables. Tiene bonitas vistas 🤗

Check in front desk service is polite and in patient. Room is clean and really big compared to hotel in Tokyo. It provide body clean facilities in bathroom and toilet. Also, we can enjoy tea and coffee in lobby. But one of bad thing is the hotel is far away from JR station, it hold a 20min walk, bit far away and carry a bulky luggage.

Este hotel de primavera caliente está situado en la cima de una montaña. Y le tarda una hora de subir a la colina para llegar al hotel, pero la vista es totalmente valiosa, las estrellas de la noche era tan hermosa. El aire libre caliente también fue cómodo. El hotel no tenía ascensor, por lo que tal vez sea mejor que empace un equipaje más pequeño. El desayuno buffet ofrece diferentes tipos de comida también desde el inglés a japonés. Uno de los aspectos que no somos un fan de fue el traje interior azul que ofrecen, ya que no parecía bueno y se veía como un terapeuta de masaje. Haha
