We absolutely loved this little guesthouse. It is located in the centre of Modena in a beautiful building. Rooms and breakfast room are fantastic. Heating is available which is a big plus as well. Manager Benedetta is also really nice and could be easily reach in WhatsApp.

Within walking distance from Modena station, Room was ready in the morning but we only dropped off our luggage as we had a Ferrari factory tour waiting ahead. We spent 2 nights there. I thought we had an hour free private usage of the spa area but seems not. Room was clean & staff were cheerful. The coffee machine was not working on the first night and I report it to the reception in the morning when we went out. They sent a staff to assist after we returned from sightseeing. Then, I noticed that they replaced the machine and leave extra capsules. However, there was no electric pot for hot water& they offered only one free bottle of water upon check-in.

Bedrooms. Fruitful building. Nice big newly furnished rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Очень хороший отель, парковка на соседних улицах бесплатная (дают карточку), до центрального 10 минут пешком, номер большой, санузел нормальный, все не уставшее, завтраки очень вкусные, рекомендуем.

Overall Ok stay. Hotel room was a bit cramped, but very convenient to get to the station of Modena. Very basic breakfast buffet. Staff was nice and polite, but we had some problems as they did not have proof of prepayment for the room.

Cubic de ducha demasiado pequeño

Albergo cómodo con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Obviamente hay elementos que justifican el costo contenido como el baño en común y el segundo piso sin ascensor. Sin embargo, por lo que me sirvió fue muy grande. Parking privado, estructura limpia, desayuno incluido, personal amable. Con una media hora de paseo se llega al centro histórico. Una buena opción lo haría.

Hotel antiguo pero bien conservado, excelente servicio y desayuno.
