Poor service at the reception requested for bottle of water and he refused to send someone to my room I had to go all the way downstairs leaving my kids alone in the room we were 4 persons and only provide d 1 bottle of water below standard comparing to crown plaza's standard and breakfast was ok few options and wasn't tasty

A wonderful 1-night-stay at Scrovegni Room & Breakfast on our way through Padova to Venice. Angela, the host, was wonderfully attentive and even cut short her morning to allow us to drop off our luggage ahead of check-in time. A clean, charming, safe and excellently situated B&B that made two travellers very happy on their journey through Italy. Would 100% recommend and stay again in future if visiting the beautiful city of Padova again.

Not my first stay at a Hilton Garden, and on the whole they do provide excellent facilities and service. Padua was no exception - my Queen room was spacious, perfectly clean, well maintained and quiet. The bed was comfy, the shower was fantastic (one of my absolute deal-breakers) and the service at reception and at the bar was faultless. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food - but what I saw looked good. My only gripe is that the WiFi was poor - it kept on dropping and only sometimes re-connecting, until in the end I pretty much gave up and used my data plan, which wasn't a huge deal for me, but I can imagine if someone was there on business, it could be an issue. If I could get an assurance that this would be fixed, I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to other travellers.

¡El mejor hotel en Padova! La ubicación es excelente para los usuarios del transporte público. Sólo a 10 minutos en coche de la estación central del tren. Es una ubicación increíble en una zona tranquila, rodeada de grandes atracciones. Este es el hotel recomendado por los italianos. La próxima vez que vaya a Padova, seguro que vivirá en este hotel. El estilo de decoración es muy especial. El servicio es realmente bueno

The hotel was spotless , friendly staff , breakfast was ok but the eggs & bacon were cold or Luke warm every morning - we were very disappointed with the spa been under renovation for the first 2 days which was not communicated to us prior to the stay , if we were aware of this fact we would have cancelled the stay as the reason we picked this hotel was to enjoy the spa facilities on offer - wouldn’t rebook this hotel !

El desayuno fue excelente, el café solo estaba muy bueno, la cama y el baño eran cómodos y había agua caliente. El personal fue encantador y atento, y los camareros del desayuno fueron maravillosos, recordando lo que habíamos pedido.

Very convenient location close to the train station with 10 minute walk. It's just at the periphery of the old town within walkable distance to major tourist landmarks too. Breakfast is okay with the usual ham, cheese, eggs and bread. Not much of hot dishes choice apart from scrambled eggs and grilled bacon. Musilli is surprising tasty. Amenities though... prepare your own slippers, shampoo, body wash (they give you a small bottle 2in1 of 20 mL every day) and conditioner. Two bottled water is ensured daily. There is no kettle nor tea cups in the room. I cannot make tea or coffee in the room. The room is clean but the sound proofing is suboptimal as I can sometimes hear doors slamming shut. Good air conditioning in this hot weather of June. Helpful staff and overall good experience.

El personal de la recepción y el bufete fue muy amable. El desayuno era un buffet, con una variedad de comida dulce y salsa, suficiente para un buen tiro del día.

Struttura molto carina e personale gentile. Siamo stati due volte in questo hotel. La volta scorsa abbiamo avuto una camera migliore. Tutto sommato consigliato.
