UUsuario invitadoI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

BbibrewdogI recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

El Sr. Shiva durante la entrada fue bienvenido y muy acomodador. Baba Rao en el restaurante estaba siempre a sus pies durante las horas del desayuno y cuando lo vimos todo el día. Rahul y Sritham fueron muy hospitalarios y amables y siempre nos sirvieron con el máximo calor. Las chicas de la casa siempre tenían un sonriso en su cara y estaban disponibles inmediatamente. La propiedad es pequeña (que honestamente amamos) y super limpia y bien mantenida.
