A fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

Hotel Arches es un gran lugar para permanecer si usted está visitando Fort Kochi. Situado cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas, tiendas y cafés. El Kerala Cafe está literalmente a la puerta. El personal es muy amable y útil. La entrada fue rápida y fácil. La habitación es básica pero muy limpia. La cama estaba firme, muchos cojines y cómoda. La habitación estaba frente a la calle, pero estaba bastante tranquila y no tenía problemas de dormir. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y la habitación estaba ahorrada con agua. No hay ropa de lavandería que pudieran añadirse así como una caja de seguridad...no vio una pero tampoco preguntó por lo que podría haber estado allí. El hotel se sentía muy seguro incluso como un viajero de mujer solo. Me quedaría sin duda otra vez.

El personal de Awasom es bueno y a mi hijo le encanta la piscina.

Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The amenities were excellent — especially the pool, gym, and overall ambiance of the property. The staff were courteous and responsive, making the check-in and stay smooth. Food was quite good with a decent spread, though there’s slight room for improvement in variety. Location is perfect if you have work around Infopark, with easy access and minimal traffic hassle. Overall, a great option for both business and family stays. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.
