El hotel es increíble y ofrece un servicio excelente. El edificio principal del palacio es increíble y histórico. La estancia incluye un viaje gratuito, yoga, un concierto tradicional y té de la tarde. La cena fue muy agradable, aunque costosa, y no se puede ordenar comida desde fuera. Sin embargo, como tratamiento especial, estaba feliz de pagar y la comida fue excelente. Premios ganadores de comida. The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The food was also good with decent variety. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Nice hotel next to the airport with great service, room was small but delicious food

While the hotel location is excellent, the rooms and amenities are out dated and the property needs refurbishing. Staff are friendly. Valet service is quick. The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.

Staff is polite , at check in wrong room/ already allocated to other guest same room allocated but later they corrected & during checkout politely said sorry for inconvenience.. this is great 👍

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights. Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

Inspeccionar era bueno, rápido y eficiente La habitación era limpia pero el refrigerador de la habitación no estaba ni siquiera frío , no puede ni siquiera tener una bebida fría Botella se dio agua que es buena El desayuno era el 80% de comida india probablemente catering para los huéspedes locales o indios no internacionales así que tenían principalmente tostadas , frutas y huevos El personal de servicio tiende a olvidar sus pedidos, por lo que es necesario repetirlos o decirles un par de veces. Podría haber mejorado en ella El personal de recepción fue útil

Enjoyed the stay, facility good, room items was missing and have to request for items , Online booking , confirmation we have to submit and request for breakfast , and receptionist have to get approval from manager every time ,
