A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

Es un hotel puramente de estilo indio con muchos años de historia. Shinzo Abe también se ha hospedado aquí. Los empleados son muy amables y les encanta compartir. Si te gusta aprender sobre la historia y costumbres de la India, será como visitar un tribu aborigen En términos generales, ¡sería una excelente opción alojarse en este hotel cuando visite Ahmedaba!

it is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall.  rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture.  we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help  the clients  and served with a smile.

Este hotel está muy bien situado y tiene una limpieza de tintorería. La comida es excelente y el desayuno es fantástico! El personal es muy amigable. Todos nuestros pedidos se cumplen, nada fue demasiado problema. Nuestro cuarto era grande y con mucho espacio para almacenar todo! ¡Hasta nos encontramos con un famoso cantante Bollywood una noche! Hay una gimnasia bien equipada y una piscina, un aseo de pelo y un gran spa! 😍

Despite liquor ptohibition in Gudjarat state for public, tourists cam enjoy specisl treatment and can get wine, beer, etc in this hotel. Located centrally near Ahmedabad city council, some local shops, big supermarket 5km away by tuktuk.inside well maintained n clean, nice lobby with Zodiac themed ceiling far high up, it has even old style business centre common fir 5 star hotels like Intercontinental Sydney with desktop pc + printer if you need it. Free Wifi & Air condare in all rooms. Good value ! One of top 20 with 4-Star hotels in Ahmedabad. Highly recommended. Stayed 3 nights. Andre from Sydney

The hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.
