Excepcional
We had a very pleasant experience. The staffs are so courteous and ensures each and every customer is attended personally. You name it and they arrange it. All of them carry a very positive professional attitude and very customer centric. About the resort, it's closest property to Karapuzha Dam and hence the view is mesmerizing and calm. You can stay relaxed on your bed and in front of you is the soothing view of the water. They have a perfect swimming pool and also kids friendly activities. The property is very neatly maintained. We definitely recommend this stay for someone looking for a relaxed vacation as I would definitely go back..

We checked in a surprise as we had a bad experience at a villa that we had booked. But this was one of the best hospitality experience that we had at Oshin. I suggest that you take this up. World class team with a warm welcoming engagement with team and people who go out of their way to make you welcomed and comfortable. Every single team member we interacted is worth a mention, the lady who helped me with the booking with just one random call, the GM who personally ensured we were attended and comfortably happy, the spa person, the Resturant team and even the security. As I am early person, they stretched their gym hours, pool timings and all this done with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, the food was tasty and a total 100% to the whole stay, team and experience. Great parking too.

Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Mesta Hotel. The renovated rooms were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant, amenities, parking area were excellent. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Spent 3 days and nights at the property. The property stands as true as is possible to its name as it rests pretty much at the base of the Banasura Hill and has absolutely breathtaking views of both the titular hill and those adjacent (which is the first thing you see as you roll into the property). The entire property appears as though it's an extension of the natural environment it's nestled in, which gives it a really rustic feel. One however would feel pleasantly surprised though as you step into the property, to find it to be extremely tastefully done up, and supremely well appointed with any and all creature comforts that you might need while being forest adjacent. Have to highlight in particular how amazing the meals were (particularly lunches which had traditional Kerala fare). We occupied one of their Earth Rooms which we found to be exceedingly spacious yet cozy. The property has 3 to 4 variants of accommodation that are able to accommodate small and large party sizes alike. We found ourselves scrapping our sightseeing itinerary to hole up within the property itself, given that it sprawls so beautifully and the property itself offers each day guided trails through its tea gardens or view points, or the absolutely brilliant nature trail (which we hiked up and down atleast 3 times a day). This was aided by their ample offerings by way of activities both indoor and outdoor (table tennis, badminton, pool, chess, a reading nook even). In and around around short hikes to more forested parts, cute villages and waterfalls, among others. What made the experience the experience though was the Staff at the place. Most of them are property veterans with around a decade of tenure. They were so exceedingly knowledgeable, warm and gracious in how they hosted us - a big part of the reason why our stay felt so very enjoyable I'd highly recommend the place to any kind of traveller (be it friends, family looking to relax and rejuvenate or those looking at adventuring around). One of my most memorable stays at any place in the past, near or distant and I'm eager to have the chance to reprise the visit in the near future.
